Waste of the weekend

Tfl advertised a weekend of free 'floating staircase in the lake' at Thamesmead. I travelled there today and found nothing happening on Birchmere Lake Thamesmead today, which I believed formed part of the 'weekend' Misleading advertisement in the first para by Tfl to inviting us to see this 'feast for the senses' stating: Head to the Greenwich/Docklands International Festival this weekend.....' there is the untruth. The weekend started on Friday and ended on Saturday...The least they could have done was to have showed that floating staircase at 2.30pm today Sunday. I shall not be visiting these Festival.org events again...waste of time
