I cannot recommend Fieldfisher highly enough following their handling of my medical negligence claim.
My case was complex and lasted nearly three years, but throughout the entire process, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge and dedication.
I would particularly like to thank Marcos Eleftheriou and Thomas Ward, who have both been absolutely fantastic. They kept me informed, explained everything clearly and were always approachable whenever I had questions or concerns. Their advice and persistence ultimately helped secure a successful settlement of £100,000.
Going through a medical negligence claim is incredibly difficult, particularly when dealing with the consequences of what happened. Having a team you can trust makes a huge difference, and I genuinely felt that Marcos and Thomas had my best interests at heart.
I’m extremely grateful for everything they have done for me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fieldfisher to anyone needing specialist medical negligence representation.
Thank you to the team.

In January of this Year my Mother was involved in an accident and both her legs were broken, she was taken to St Mary's Hospital and treated on the Trauma ward, whilst there I was given some info from the Pathway Co-ordinator in regards of a law firm that could help my mother.
When I contacted them they were very help, empathic and took on the case. Thanks to their support and hard work the case was dealt with very efficiently, and was settled within 7months with very good results. The staff kept me updated at all times, always friendly and explained the whole process, they were always very supporting and understanding. I would recommend this firm to anyone who had the experience my family had during what was a very stressful time

I don’t know where to begin. Christina you have changed my son’s life. You have advocated for him and I will forever be grateful and I will never forget you for the rest of my life. When I contacted the branch following a misdiagnosis of meningitis, I spoke to Christina who was honest and helpful from the beginning. She kept me in the loop about what was going to happen at every point throughout the legal process. She worked tirelessly, there were plenty of times I would be repetitive asking questions I’d ask before but she never gave up on me and listened and answered. Christina you have changed my son's life, he can now have access to all therapy services that he would have been on a waiting list for otherwise. No amount of money can ever compensate your health but you have it possible so that he can pay to get the best treatment to maintain his condition. You were truly sent from God. Anyone who comes into contact with you is lucky and is in good hands.
Thank you for being there for him and for my family. Thank you for listening to me all the time. I wish you all the very best. Thank you for everything Christina

After being involved in a serious accident while on holiday in Mexico, I found Daniel at Fieldfisher. From the first phone call he, provided clear, honest, and unbiased advice and also took time out of his busy days to clarify points of which I was unsure of. This allowed me the confidence to step back, assess my options, and make the decision that felt right for me. I truly appreciated his professionalism and support throughout the process, and I would highly recommend Daniel Matchett at Fieldfisher.

I have contacted these to discuss a claim. They couldn’t be bothered to get back to me after my initial call and then just no follow up.
If this is the customer experience then my business is going elsewhere.

My father was diagnosed with asbestos related mesothelioma in 2024. The hospital gave us a list of solicitors and firms to claim compensation. Peter, was so kind and understanding when he came to see my father at home to get the process started. He has always been contactable, he answered every question my father had as well as us as a family. My father did not live long enough to receive his compensation but Peter helped us as a family to get justice for him. Could not rate him and the company highly enough!

We instructed Field Fisher nearly 3 years ago now for a medical negligence case against the hospital where our baby boy Zachary passed away. We were instructed by Marcos who from the very start made us feel so comfortable and safe in this very delicate situation. Marcos has kept us up to date every step of the way and has always explained everything in detail while also showing kindness when there has been difficult moments. After a long process, we finally reached a point where we have settled and I cannot thank Marcos and Field Fisher enough for their hard work in bringing this case to a close. Highly Recommended

Jen Shipley has represented us in our claim for some time. When Jen moved to Fieldfisher, we had no hesitation in asking her to continue supporting our case. She is highly professional and an excellent communicator throughout the process. Thank you, Jen, for your outstanding work and continued support

Fieldfisher came highly recommended to us by the charity “4Louis,” which is close to our hearts and one they support. As a family, we fought tirelessly for justice for our baby girl Lottie, and we achieved it in the coroner’s court, where neglect was found. Initially, we were determined to handle the legal claim on our own, but the process quickly became overwhelming and stressful.
We live in the North East of England, and Fieldfisher is based in London, but distance never made a difference. From the moment we spoke to Christina, everything changed. Her natural calming and caring demeanor immediately put us at ease. She showed incredible compassion and empathy, making us feel heard and understood during such a difficult time. It was clear she had a unique way of communicating with us, as a family who had been through so much, and she made us feel comfortable and supported. Christina was always available to take our calls, no matter how many times we reached out, and she patiently walked us through every detail. Her professionalism and transparency in explaining the facts helped us feel included in every decision.
Christina was also incredibly considerate and respectful of my dad, who was heavily involved in the process. He was a great anchor for the family and played a vital role in helping us achieve the findings in the coroner’s court. Christina took the time to understand how important his role was to us, making sure he felt included and valued throughout the process.
When it came time for the settlement meeting, we finally had the pleasure of meeting Christina in person, after many months of speaking on the phone. We also met Jo, the barrister who represented us, and they were both absolutely amazing. Professional, down-to-earth, and incredibly thorough, they made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. Thanks to their expertise, we received a settlement much higher than what we had expected, as the barrister had predicted.
No one ever wants to find themselves in the position of losing a child, especially through neglect, but if you do, we cannot recommend Christina and Fieldfisher enough. The support they provide is invaluable during such a painful and challenging time. They really help lift the weight of the legalities, which in turn helps alleviate some of the immense stress. The journey was long and difficult, but with the help of Fieldfisher, it became a little easier to bear. We are forever grateful for their exceptional service, care and dedication.

Was directed to them by Thorntons, a law firm specialising in sensitive historic cases as this company would have offices closer to me.
The switchboard lady had no listening skills, was rude, didn't understand me, couldn't follow the conversation and was dismissive. I gave up after being on hold not feeling she understood me or cared. Dismissive and unfeeling.
An incredibly disheartening experience for someone who took time to build the courage to reach out.
This is my own recent experience and if they record thier calls it will be evidenced in records
This firm have overcharged me. I have asked on several occasions for an invoice and breakdown on costs without success. I believe this unscrupulous firm is false accounting and unlawful. I will be reporting them to the SRA as well as the FCA and Trading Standards

Fieldfisher's handling of my case has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite providing a comprehensive rebuttal to, which clearly outlined the high-value nature of my claim, including a permanent criminal record and the destruction of my intended NHS career, they have chosen to dismiss it without proper reconsideration. Their initial rejection was based on flawed assumptions about the value of my claim and the difficulty of proving causation due to my "underlying illness." These assumptions were directly addressed in my rebuttal, yet their follow-up response from the Partner lacked any substantive feedback or acknowledgment of the new information provided.
This response is legally unsatisfactory. It fails to engage with the merits of the case or provide any basis for the continued rejection. For a firm of Fieldfisher's reputation, this level of oversight is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a case that has such significant and life-altering implications. It seems they are trying to avoid the complexity and potential liability, which is both unprofessional and disappointing. The lack of transparency and engagement in their process is concerning, and it raises questions about their commitment to justice and their ability to handle complex cases.
I would advise potential clients to be cautious when considering Fieldfisher for complex cases. Their approach suggests a willingness to overlook the details and the potential impact of a case, which could be detrimental to those seeking justice.

An amazing result in supporting myself and family to secure and Article 2 Inquest into my brother's death. A very difficult and sensitive case, which Natalie Amara and her team dealt with professionally. The empathy, compassion and guidance that was shown to our family, was incredible and invaluable! Natalie went above and beyond, to ensure we were fully informed at all times, nothing was to much trouble. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Natalie Amara, she is amazing!
