The team at Fifield Glyn really worked hard to support our building and were helpful to me personally, especially when going through sale process.
Sharon in particular, does the right thing for the building, while also being pragmatic to not follow a rule for the sake of it, which helps gets things done. I have really appreciated her help when I had trouble in the sale process of my flat. I've now moved out but would recommend them to other buildings seeking a management firm.

I reported a leaking roof through the normal channels before Christmas last year and the leak was classified as urgent , one month later Fifield glyn sent two guys from polytek who claim that it was condensation, I know this is not the case and asked to see their report , it is now three weeks since I requested this report from Fifield glyn and I'm still waiting for it , in the meantime the roof is still leaking as mo one seems to have resolved the issue .

One star because I can not give them less. Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. They charge a fortune, yet when it comes to actually providing services, they fail to deliver. Communication is poor, issues are ignored, and residents are left frustrated. For the amount of money they take, the standard of service is unacceptable

Numerous accoutning failures, no interest in getting things right, just an arrogant fob off response each time we talk to them. Not even working for the landlord's benefit, just bad at their jobs.

Richard and his staff was excellent with any queries over our valuation. He went out of his way to help. The valuation was done quickly and we were completely satisfied will all the work carried out. We would highly recommend using Fifield Glyn.

I would like to give a 5 STAR ⭐️ review for Mr Kwame Darkwah and Mr Edward Amoah at Fifieldglyn who have turned around our Close to look nice again, no more rubbish sprawled across the Close as Edward our Caretaker is always making sure the Close is clean, the bin houses are cleaned, and does whatever else needs to get done to make the Close feel clean and safe. So what can I say guys but thank you for doing such an AMAZING JOB and many thanks also goes to Edward’s Manager Kwame for making things happen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Richard from Manchester office had provided super service. He is really professional and quick response between tenants and client.

We employed Edward Fifield of Fifield Glyn to write a specification for remedial works on our property. The brief was to make the building watertight, move the water away from the building and address the underground drainage.

It was clear near the end of the project that they had failed to deliver a water tight building and for the last two years we have had water pouring in, which we didn't have before.

The works have caused significant damage to individual properties in the block, livelihoods and left people living for 2 years in unfit conditions of extreme damp.

An official complaint to to them took 5 months and 15 day to get an unsatisfactory resolution/response, deadlines promised and repeatedly missed - certainly not the 15 days they specify in their complaints procedure.

We have asked for the details of their professional indemnity insurance to make a claim against them for professional negligence, though they are yet to provide.

We have also issued a complaint to RICS.

In my experience, they have never met ANY of their own timescales. There is always an excuse as to why they can't deliver what they have agreed, or even no response at all.

Do not waste your time!

Bunch of cowboys just after your money!.
For 20 years paid service charge by monthly standing order with agreement from freeholder.
Keep getting threatening letters threatening legal/ court action.
April to September period not over and they sent me a solicitors letter with £200 legal fees .
All payment for this period was in my bank to be forwarded to them September 1st.
Now have to find £200 extra to pay legal fees.
Gone to family now to borrow money as I'm not paying monthly anymore.
Too much stress.
These people are rude and aggressive in their dealings with leaseholders.
