This was my first visit to Firehouse…
This was my first visit to Firehouse Subs, and unfortunately, it was disappointing.
I purchased two sandwiches. I ordered the Veggie sandwich with mustard only, but when I got home, I found it had mayonnaise instead of mustard. The onions were also not caramelized as advertised. As a result, a $14 sandwich went straight into the trash.
I also attempted to pay with a Firehouse Subs gift card that I purchased at Albertsons, but I was told the store does not accept gift cards purchased through third-party retailers. Since there was no manager on duty (Tuesday at approximately 1:41 p.m.), I was told a manager would call me back.
When I called the store to report that my sandwich was made incorrectly, I was rudely told that I should have asked for "no mayonnaise." However, I specifically ordered mustard only, so mayonnaise should not have been added.
If Firehouse Subs does not honor gift cards sold through retailers such as Albertsons, customers should be informed before purchasing them. I am still waiting for the promised call from the store manager.
For the price, the quality and service did not meet my expectations. There are many other sandwich shops that offer better food and a better customer experience. I rated this store a ZERO star.
Store location: Warner Avenue, Huntington Beach.
Firehouse Subs Atlanta
I went to firehouse subs in peachtree Atlanta I ordered a plain sandwich plain no pickle how simple is that........well not that simple the first sandwich had everything on it so I took it back the second sandwich was almost right but agsin I got the pickle............I ended up chucking my food in the bin as I didnt want to try a third time..........thirteen dollars down the drain I will never eat a firehouse sub again..........I thought ordering a plain sandwich with no pickle would be easy leasson learnt........its not.
I got the ‘large’ brisket and cheddar LOL
I got the ‘large’ brisket and cheddar sub. It was mediocre at best. The sub is a skinny thing and 11”-12” for the ‘large’. The brisket shown on the menu board and many advertisements show thick juicy real brisket slices. What I was served was not like either but rather a paper thin sliced roast beef that had marbling throughout it unlike a real brisket which mostly has meat layer and a fat layer. The meat was more like a highly processed Arby’s type of beef with added artificial smoke flavoring (yuck). For $16 I could have had a much better sub from somewhere else like Jersey Mikes (real steak meat) or a Publix brisket sub. The thin slice of pickle spear doesn’t make up for what I received. I’m not a fan of the overpriced sub with dubious quality meat. I’m surprised anyone eats there.
Incompetent company
They had their "Mike" freebie and I decided to give them a try. They aren't in a convenient location for me so I went out of my way to try them. Nothing special about the waitstaff nor the food. It was OK, but not a lot of food for a lot of money. That is today's standard, which is why I don't usually go to these places. I had to down load their app to get this and I had to use that app to get this. They wanted my birthday, which I supplied and now they inform me that I can get a birthday sub if I buy a sub first. When I got my free "Mike's" sub I also bought a sub, but that somehow didn't get registered. So I found my receipt and tried to enter it. The process is convoluted and annoying and then they tell me it is more than 7 day past purchase so it can't be entered. I guess I could have confirmed the purchase was registered at the the time, but why do I want to have to get an app, then check that they implement their app properly and that their systems work properly. I bought something with the app it should all work. Using my Chrome browser their "chat feature is unusable. It shows only a couple of lines at a time and you need to constantly scroll up and down to do anything. It is difficult to find a phone number. I did find one on Google and called. It is early morning so perhaps they aren't open yet, but the message was that there was a problem and to try back later. This is an incompetent organization that deserves to fail. I do recognize that many today are happy to accept poor service and incompetent businesses, but that is a poor business model.

Experience was horrible table's and floors were filthy. Ordered the firehouse hero and they gave me the Jamaican jerk turkey. Derka derka can't speak a lack of English and argued with me over my order that was wrong. First responders are supposed to get a free LARGE drink and they are getting SMALL drinks. the staff are rude when u simply tell them that your order is wrong.
Disgusting sub sandwiches with raw bacon
Saturday May 23rd 2026, we stopped at Firehouse subs in Cummings Georgia, located around marketplace near the Chili's. We ordered two sub clubs to go, they were absolutely disgusting when we got to where we were going to eat them, the mayonnaise was in chunks globbed on them and the most disgusting was the bacon was raw as if it maybe been warmed not even close to cook. We call them to let them know they had a problem with their bacon so they wouldn't do it again, but they told us just to take it off the sandwich it happens sometimes. Below standards for Firehouse subs at this point we're not going back under these circumstances 30 bucks for two sandwiches It was just totally nasty Thank God for Wendy's We finally got to eat dinner.

I moved from Crawfordville to…
I moved from Crawfordville to Monticello and in Crawfordville the manager Lewis always gave my puppy turkey and ham and was very generous about it. Part of the reason I went there was because he liked and was appreciative of my business and my Puppy today I went to Firehouse in Subs in Vineyard Tallahassee and the Manager(W/F have you said) charged me for a little bit of turkey and had it measured out. I think that stinks and I’m very offended and if you don’t take care of my puppy, I came here once before, and the Manager was a white female, blonde hair, slim and she had no problem giving my puppy some turkey without me measuring it out . I had also ordered a three bundle of cookies with my rewards points and when I got there, she said I could only do one cookie so I did one cookie with the rewards points and I purchased a bag of potato chips and two other cookies so I have two receipts. The second receipt is where she put the turkey for my puppy. I want Lewis I want Lewis. I want Lewis. I won’t come back to you Denise Andrews.

I tried firehouse subs and it served a really filling sandwich with fresh toppings and warm, slightly crispy bread. The flavor was solid overall, though the wait got a bit long when it started getting crowded.
As close to zero as it gets
As close to zero as it gets. I heard some employees at the restaurant off I40 and MacArthur saying how the general manager, the regional or district manager do nothing ( nada) for the employees. They ignore their calls and messages that pertain to matters that important to them and never get resolved. They reprimand employees by cutting hours down to sometimes 15-20 hours or less a week just to get them to quit!!! One lady mentioned they can careless about health problems. The ladies are sexually harrassed along with age discrimination was mentioned to be a big problem.. Just completely aweful behind closed doors in there. Insurance is no goid and people get paid so little they can afford to live so they even have to work while sick. Most of them cant afford a car so they walk or ride a bike, live in hotels or probably on the street!!! Those are people just like you and I and the persona portrayed there by the fake smiles is not by any means what you want to see while trying to enjoy a good meal.
For a place that is suppose to be supported and supporting firefighters ( which need to give them the utmost respect for the things they endure) , id think that this franchise owner should be looked at a little closer but even closer the person who runs multiple facilities since thats the person who trains the upper management as well they are the ones that teach how to manipulate the system to not give raises often ( like years) so they save the money for their big bonuses and not share with any employees. I ran businesses that have pulled it all and state and corporate HR should get involved in this with the EMPLOYEES. NOT WITH THE HIGHER UPS UNTIL CORPORATE HEARS FROM EMPLOYEES FIRST!!! THATS HOW THAYS TAKEN CARE OF.. THANKS..

Great Service!

I normally enjoy going to Firehouse Subs, but lately the experience has gone way downhill since the new owner took over—and this issue seems to be affecting multiple locations, including Ooltewah, Red Bank, Hixson, East Ridge and Gunbarrell Rd here in Chattanooga.
On my recent visit, there were out of multiple basics items, there were no Chips at all, no Diet Coke, No ketchup for your cheese steak sandwich. On top of that, several key menu ingredients were unavailable, which really limits what you can order. It feels like supply ordering has been cut back, and it shows. I had to go to Food City, get ketchup and chips so we could enjoy a decent meal. When you go to a sandwich shop, you expect the essentials to be in stock. Some of these employees whom have been there for several years, were apologizing for the lack of supplies and were quit frankly embarrassed. How in Gods name can you expect to keep employees. Hopefully ownership will address soon, because right now it’s disappointing and not up to the standards people expect

My boy Tinto always hooks me up with excellent service. A great smile and a hell of a sub maker. I enjoy coming back everyday after work on my way home. I love that it’s open late until 12 as it works perfect for my life.
Disappointing Food and Customer Service, Sandwich looked nothing like the Advertisement
I recently visited Fire House Sub on MLK in Fayetteville, AR, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I order the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, and the service from the cashier Makensie Holsey, was not pleasant. She spoke very quickly, seemed rushed, and did not pay attention while taking my order. When I looked at my sandwich, it was nothing like what was advertised. It was extremely sloppy and overloaded with mayonnaise. There were only a few very small pieces of chicken and sprinkles of bacon, which was very disappointing considering what the sandwich is supposed to include, also for the price. I called back to address the issue, but the response was rude and unhelpful. After this experience, I understand they have such low rating. I really wish I had checked the reviews before visiting.
SUBS SUBS SUBS
Kemptville Ontario, I tried the Italian sub it was delicious everything was fresh and the customer service was outstanding. Would definitely go again and recommend to others
