Cancelled subscription to find out months later still geyting charge as you have to cancel google play app as well. Yet another scam.

I issued a ticket through my membership-linked email a week ago on the app asking them about the unsent weekly workout reports and my progress to which they never replied. I believe it is my right as a paying subscriber to have access to all available features.

It is an okay app, maybe a 3-4 star but they are so tied into the Apple ecosystem that I couldn’t get a refund on day 1 of year 2 because they say Apple controls that. It didn’t quite meet my needs for the money and I’m out $80 this year.

Diana was very patient and worked hard to help with a difficult issue. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and fix my issues.

Nope. Bought, paid for, app locked saying I haven’t paid. I’ve contacted support 4 times in the last 4 days. Nada. Waste of money.

This app automates the task of designing your work out and saves you a lot of time. It automates progression through your own feedback. It tracks your progress and gives you a point system to allow you to see progress across a spectrum of exercises. You can customize which exercises it gives you by telling it what equipment you have. You can ask it to recommend exercises more or less. There’s a lot of customization for something that automates workouts for you. It’s been going great for me.

I can't say enough bad things about this app. Tough to navigate, slow, and keeps crashing.

Worst app i've tried so far. I did the free 7 day trial and the app kept crashing which sucked. Workout order was also all over the place with insane reps and weight. I also noticed an influx of positive reviews here that caught my attention and noticed some of these are written by actual Fitbod employees so be careful and do not trust this scammy businesss! Save your money.

I tried two other apps they were complicated then I tried Fitbod been using it for three years. It absolutely help change my life when I started. I weighed over 265 pounds now I weigh 216 pounds and I am 17.5% body fat I’m 52 years old when I first started my weight loss. I weighed 346 pounds I’m happy to write this review.

Love the app, finally I have managed to stick to the plan over a longer period of time. I’ve used the app for 6 months and the result is amazing! The reports are so good that I always want to do better next week, and looking forward to see my progress in the upcoming reports. Already recommended the app to plenty of friends.

Brilliant! I got definition in my arms and shoulders within one year. Ideal for parents with small kids who have little time and workout rather at home than in a gym.

Algorithm is not operating correctly. Getting the same exact exercises and cardio which is longer than the whole time allowed. Really falling apart. I’ve been a top 1% user for 5 years and this is the worst I’ve seen. And your customer service is totally useless. You are losing customers over the lack of system integrity - and it will soon be me if you don’t get it fixed

I want to sincerely thank the Fitbod team! Before I found this amazing app, the gym felt intimidating and I never really knew how to start or do exercises properly. I would watch others and try to copy their routines, but it never felt right, and I couldn’t stick with it. Hiring a personal trainer wasn’t an option for me, so I’m especially grateful for the solution you’ve created.

Fitbod has truly changed the game for me. It lets me build a workout plan that’s customized to my goals, and that structure has given me a huge boost in confidence every time I go to the gym. There is a feature to "ask a trainer", who helped me get the app set up. After using the program for a few months, I saw great results!

Works well as a guide for me to learn how to lift weights. The slick interface made it so much easier to keep a habit than trying to remember to bring a pen and paper every day to the Gym.

The app is easy to set up and understand. It records your workouts so you can see the progress over time. I also don't have to spend time making up my own routines now.

I’ve always been a yoga girly and honestly felt super intimidated by strength training… until this app! Fitbod has made it so easy (and fun) to get started with lifting. I’m seeing progress, feeling stronger, and loving the gym now! Even better is I never feel lost or overwhelmed.

Highly recommend if you’re curious about strength training but don’t know where to start!
