Very bad communications, its been years since they charged me for the printer and shipping and till now i didn't receive anything from them.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Very bad communications, its been years since they charged me for the printer and shipping and till now i didn't receive anything from them.
Their communication is poor. It has been years since I ordered a printer and it pushed back delivery for a long time prior to the pandemic. I am not happy with this company and have been burned.
Still not received the 3D printer. Shipping schedule delayed more then 1 year.
Overpriced product
Fit for Launch was started as a crowdfunding site with a delivery guarantee—but it's created by M3D, who has consistently missed delivery deadlines and failed to deliver altogether for the M3D Pro. This feels like a platform created by M3D where they can manage the bad publicity and negative comments they've gotten on their Kickstarter fiascoes. I would not trust M3D to ensure delivery for anything.
The worst company for 3D printers ever. Delays, lies, cheats and complete dishonestly. I wish I had never heard of them.
This is essentially a cover company by M3D (see store.printm3d.com), owned by the same owner.
They have not delivered a product (M3D Pro) purchased 2 years ago, and continues to drag their feet, now waiting for volunteer 3rdparty to redesign their electronics. And if it will ever be delivered, it will not live up to 80% of their claims. People having received something, are all complaining about bad quality. They are asking for payment for shipping many months before shipping. For some it has been 6+ months before.
Im also out on the M3D Quad, which has now been delayed 3 times. All in all Im out US$1900 including payment for shipping and addons.
They have horrible communication style, and shuts down just about every communication channel they have opened themselves including removing negative comments and so forth, whenever the complaint level rises above praise level.
I will never ever purchase a printer from them again. It is a huge waste of time and money, and most of those that receive the end products have quality complaints.
Seriously... choose either a chinese brand like Creality which is cheaper and actually works for people, or something like Prusa which is also getting great reviews by people.
