Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Crawley Reviews

Wow all i can say is that I had an unfortunate accident but fix auto have been absolutely amazing. Especially the communication from jasmine and callie Complete professionalism, very polite and super informative every step of the way. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Everything has been very easy and assuring. Thank you all for your outstanding service 👏

Not a good garage, only used as I had to go through insurance. They brought my car back damaged so had to take it back in to fix then when the ‘final work’ was done you can see all the orange peel of the car really shoddy job I give up with these people. 2 stars is generous as the car delivery guy and receptionists were friendly.

The driver with curly hair who delivered my car was very polite and helpful sorry forgot to ask him for his name!!

Excellent communication : I was able to book a time that suited me for my works van to be repaired . The repair was carried out to a very high standard. Reception & repairs team are very helpful & friendly. Good all round professional service that I would highly recommend.

Thank you to all the staff. The delivery/collection guys were so nice and prompt.
Jasmine kept me informed of the progress of the repair.
The service could not have been better.

Polite and informative. Regular updates. No problems

Good service and quality of repair.

We have used Andy for a number of years now for our Audis and Golf. Andy is as solid as a rock, always gives an accurate diagnosis, completes the work on time, and when you get the bill there are no major shocks. Keep up the good work Andy..Bob

Very easy to deal with

Fix Auto are fantastic! They did a great job on fixing my car and kept me updated regularly throughout the process with texts and phone calls. And they kindly did an amazing job of cleaning the interior...it had been full of dog hair and wing-mirror glass and now it's spotless.
Thank you so much guys!

I cannot recommend Fix auto Crawley more highly. The ladies in the office are exceptional, superb customer service. My initial telephone call was with Jasmine and she was so professional and also very understanding and put my mind at ease about my whole situation which I am extremely grateful for. My communication throughout the process with both Jasmine and Kali have been excellent they have called and text keeping me updated on the repairs. Both people who delivered and collected the courtesy car were lovely and very helpful. The repairs made to my car are outstanding you would never know anything had happened to the car it is flawless. The time scale was incredible and with Christmas upon us too it was done so promptly. I am so impressed with the all aspects of fix auto.

Fix Crawley were very efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with

Brilliant repairs & great service

First class work, friendly staff. Jasmine and Kally on the front desk unbelievably helpful. Work completed faster than expected.

An absolute first class service from start to finish. Very impressed. Thank you.

After such a long wait from my insurance company, I had the most wonderful, kind help from Jasmine, also kindness from Cally. Look after them.
Jasmine is such a lovely girl and went out of her way to help me. She could not have done more. My car looks terrific, as if it has just come out of the showroom - thank you all.

I really can’t praise this company enough! When trying to negotiate a number of companies after an accident, Fix Auto Crawley were the only one that gave consistent excellent advice and reassurance when it was most needed. Kally, Jasmine and Andy, did a great job. I would however like to single out Kally for her incredible kindness and support. It really made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Fantastic service!

Fix Auto, Many thanks for your quality time and effort to get my car to look and feel new, I don't have words to explain more, I'm impressed for your quality service.
