Thanks to Fix Auto in Matlock for their help after we had a crash on the M1 and had damage to our car.
Throughout the process (as we are based in London ) we were given updates of the repairs and in regular contact via phone and email.

Can’t speak highly enough about these guys. All staff are super friendly, professional, helpful and did a great job on my van. I was given various options to repair, and prices seemed fair. The work was done on time and it looks great.

I recently used Fix Auto Matlock due to a non-fault accident. I hadn’t heard of them before but will use them in future should I need to.
The repairs were quick yet to a high standard and I have no complaints. The receptionist Kerri was amazing to deal with, she provided updates, good communication and ensured I had my vehicle delivered back in time for work the next day.

I was very impressed with the service I received by Fix Auto Matlock. The repair they did on my car was excellent as was the communication about its progress. I was provided with a curtesy car so was not inconvenienced at all and my beloved mini came back as good as new.

Not only did Fix Auto make a first class job of putting right the accident damage, they did another (non-accident) bodywork repair for a very reasonable price. We are highly delighted with the work they have done for us

Fixauto Matlock had our vehicle in for repair after we we hit by a third party. They collected the vehicle for repair and returned it to us and we are delighted with the results you cannot tell it had been involved in an accident. From the moment I brought my Car to Fix Auto Matlock UK to the day I collected my car back, it was always a very delightful experience. It is always very pleasing to be received & acknowledged at the Reception immediately you arrive, no matter what one is doing behind the desk, it can be left to be done later.

Then David, The Customer Service Manager, took over from Kerri, took photos of my damaged car & handed me their Courtesy Car. Though they had a little difficulty finding the parts for my Saab as it stopped production in 2011, the car was ready on the exact date that they promised.

I was rubbing my eyes in disbelief when I saw my car. It really was in a Showroom Condition.
