Good start, poor finish
Communication was solid before and during the purchase, and the packaging was also well done. However, after delivery, follow-up from the staff to fix a small issue (like a missing screw) was nonexistent. I’ll have to find another solution for my three other firepits. Every customer interaction counts, and it’s disappointing to leave only ⭐️⭐️, but finishing strong is just as important as starting well.

They did exactly what they were…
They did exactly what they were supposed to do. Perfect fit, delivered on time in perfect condition. The packaging is bulletproof, someone would have to intentionally mishandle the packaging in order to break it. That was my worry. The materials and finish are top notch.

Working with Flame Creation was great. I had a minor customization, and they worked with me to make it happen. The final product is even better than expected. Stunning glass and connectors. This is not something you can buy on Amazon. The thicker glass, which is hard to acquire, is perfect. We're delighted with the results.
