As a long-standing customer of Flatex it is disappointing to see that Flatex entices new customers with the promise of "500 € Guthaben für Orderprovisionen". As usual existing customers are completely ignored and consequently treated unfairly. The MO of Flatex is clear - once onboard just forget existing customers. The customer service employee wrote that due to intense competition Flatex is compelled to make such offers to attract new customers - which implies that existing customers are better left ignored and that they should just accept this. It is time that German customer service made the jump into the 21st century. Flatex should be privileged that people choose Flatex and not that customers should be privileged that Flatex allows customers to trade with Flatex. Flatex has the wrong approach to customer service.

Prepared to be waiting for a long time, we were immediately answered and helped by an extremely helpful employee, who also took time to assist re- installing apps on the telephone, which was not even asked or noted that this was part of the problem.
The employee was fully up to speed, needed no red tape questions and took all the time required in order to be completely on-line again.
Really a very surprisingly delightful experience.

Purchase of a security, followed by its sale after 2 hours. Both transactions were confirmed. The bank simply reverses the purchase due to a misdeal. The sale remains in place as a kind of short sale. The bank states that you have 45 minutes to cover the position. Otherwise, they will enforce a forced buy-in. In my opinion, this constitutes coercion and illegal access to my account.
Oh boy. I've been trying to move my account from Germany to Austria for 10 months now. Ten. Months. Every time I sent them the form, I got the same reply: “The information is incorrect.” But not once did they tell me what was actually wrong. What kind of support is that?
And in between me submitting the form and them getting back to me? Weeks. Weeeeeeekkkksss. Like, radio silence for ages. My last submission was in May. It’s now July 9th. Still nothing. The matter is just… hanging there, unresolved.
Is it because I told them I want to close my account? Because honestly, at this point, I wouldn’t be surprised.
Stay away from these people, incompetent to no end!!!!!!! If I could give them below 0 stars, I would!
I eventually got the result I needed, but not without some unnecessary complications. A bit more clarity and organization would’ve made a big difference.

only request, make your app in english version as well. its amazing and very user friendly app but it should have English option for foreign investors.

Never had issues with them and I was impressed that the first time I needed assistance they were quick (<30mins) response and it was very detailed beyond what I just asked.
One thing I wish and hope will be available in future is assistance in English. otherwise, ich bin zufrieden.

The customer support and the fees are downright abysmal. Even as a VIP user you are being exposed to their horrendous human errors and rip-off fee structures. Examples:
1. Failed to execute my order to convert Gazprom shares, now they blame it on the customer and the process is lasting for more than 2 years without solution
2. You buy US shares, and then you cannot sell them because they are placed in some other deposit / clearing house beyond your control. They want to charge you 64,- and make you fill out a form for them to transfer the shares internally such that you can even sell them at all! NOGO - Stay away at all cost!!

Flatexdegiro is a reliable broker with a large choice of securities and their prices are quite ok. However, one thing which really has been annoying me is that it takes 2-4 days for them to transfer money back to my bank account. What are they doing with the money in the meantime? Investing?

The most user hostile interface I have ever witnessed. I could not sell fractional shares from my savings plan and somehow could not withdraw all my money. Will close my depot.

Password change got messed up by my own doing. customer service friendly and helpful. will be getting my new password with the mail in a few days.

Questions always answered in good time and problems resolved in a proper way.
