Rachel has been an excellent Account…

Rachel has been an excellent Account Manager throughout our transition process, making what could have been a challenging changeover seamless and straightforward.

Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service from fleetmaxx solutions broke my ankle so was a few weeks late to make payment, explained the situation and said they was nothing they could do but to sell the debt to a debt collector. Contacted by silverback debt recovery which I explained I couldnt drive due to a injury which they happerly accepted I would be late to make payment and I organised to pay in the following next few weeks! Same on your fleetmaxx

Great Communication

I was contacted by Ryan yesterday, who took the time to talk me through a number of offers which I subsequently accepted. He clearly explained how everything works and made it known that he is now my personal account manager, encouraging me to reach out at any time should I have any questions.

What stood out most was his approach, he was not pushy in the slightest. He simply presented the facts in a clear and honest manner and allowed me the space to make my own decisions. That level of professionalism and transparency is refreshing.

If I were his employer, I would be extremely proud to have someone like Ryan representing the business. Clear, honest and professional, qualities that are often lacking in today’s society.

Top service - Highly recommend

Fleetmaxx Solutions Ltd have recently supplied us with an AdBlue tank and fuel management system so we can monitor usage more accurately. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Arzhu who has been brilliant from start to finish. The system works perfectly, tank top up deliveries arrive on time as promised and invoices are accurate. Arzhu has gone above and beyond offering excellent customer service.. he really is a top bloke. Highly recommend.
