I had completed the form and after a week wait completed another one, and Brandon Darling quickly responded apologised for the wait and helped me which I appreciated. He took the time to understand what we were after, was very communicative and got us flights were incredibly happy with. I wasn’t sure how well the experience would go as we were flying in to Vietnam and leaving via Thailand but Brandon was so helpful and got everything done so quickly. He was even lovely on the phone during my stress and worries 🙈 Brilliant customer service and experience, would definitely use again. Thanks Brandon!

We have been using the Flight Centre for many years and over recent years a very competent travel agent called Emily Ovens. She has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and replies quickly to our questions!
Recently we had a trip to Japan meeting up with family from NZ. Emily gave us a great itinerary with excellent tourist activities and lovely accommodation.

I started planning my trip with Laura Cutcliffe who I have dealt with in the past - she is extremely helpful polite and efficient but she went on leave before we had secured our flights and Imogen Altmann took over our trip details . As we were booking at short notice and had specific requirements it was not an easy task for her but she also continued to be really polite and efficient and managed to accommodate our needs - securing a good price and seats we required .😊

This isn't the first time I've travelled with Flight Centre, but this experience has been truly exceptional. The service I received from Elliot Humm was second to none, genuinely luxury service from start to finish, and I will only be booking through him going forward.

We booked special assistance for my wife but there was very little help at Malaga airport and we booked a car hire from the flight centre but the company they chose to give us was nowhere near the airport and my wife who struggles to walk and needs a walking stick had to walk firstly a very long way just to get outside the airport to meet a bus to take us to the car hire company this was a total inconvenience considering there were many car hire companies inside the airport. I understand you don’t have much control with the staff at the airport but if someone needs special assistance everything needs to be done to make things as easy as possible.

My daughter organised my flight to Australia via Sam and found the whole process very straightforward and Sam was very helpful. I emailed Sam a couple of times with a few minor queries and each time Sam replied very promptly and put my mind at rest. I would not hesitate to use Flight Centre and Sam McDougall agin to book a long haul flight.
