I am not sure if I want to pay for the pro service. It looks okay, but the areas where I am driving has less need for checking speed and camera’s. So I am still thinking about it.

I have been using Flitsmeister for several years and even maintain two accounts within my family. About a year ago, a new fixed speed camera was installed in my neighborhood. To this day, it appears to be impossible to have this camera added to your database.

I have submitted multiple support tickets regarding this issue (94118 / 93144 / 432532 / …). Each time, I received an automated confirmation stating that a response could be expected within three working days. The very first ticket dates back to October 2025. Since then, I have NOT received ANY feedback whatsoever.

Equally frustrating is the fact that Flitsmeister cannot be contacted by email or phone, leaving users completely dependent on a support system that simply does not work.

Given this level of service, I am seriously considering switching back to Coyote for both of our cars. While it may be more expensive, it remains the industry standard and offers what Flitsmeister currently does not: reliable customer support.

Ordered a Flitsmeister One on December 6th. Only got a confirmation, nothing else. Sent an email on December 12. Only got a response on December 18, something went wrong and they would look into it, I would receive an update. It's December 24 now, have not heard a thing. Asked for cancellation of the order.

Great app, quite accurate and easy to use. The app features are very useful.

The app is very good at telling me where all the speed cameras and avg speed zones are, and what the limits are as well. It told me all these with high accuracy in Belgium and France as well. Road closures and construction are also visible and communicated in The Netherlands correctly.

Things not so good from the app that I noticed until now:
- The app sometimes is slow and clunky in Android Auto
- The search not always gives me the correct name of places, sometimes I have to search for the address of the location I'm going to and have to search that from Maps. It also does not give possibilities while I'm writing
- While navigating it does not communicate when it changes course and takes me through an alternative route due to road closures, it would be good if it would have chosen a different path due to road closures or too much traffic through the closest route
- Very often it takes me out of the highway and into the city or alternative roads just to get me into the highway again without having any road work or road closure in the path
- Did not detect road work and road closures in France, taking me always through the same path to my destination through closed roads
- Ending the route not always ended the route itself and it still gave me the navigation

I think this is everything that I remember, I hope my feedback helps improve what already is a very good app. Keep up the amazing work :)

Fantastic device. So much easier than the smaller FM versions. Better display and it always works independently of the presence of your phone. It has saved me quite a few times in the first weeks.
I trust it much more than any previous device.
