Tried to sort out a query with this company. Useless. Virtual Assistance is hopeless. I want to talk to someone or at least have an email address so this problem can be sorted out. They seem to have lost some of my deposit money.

The staff helped with a query that I had, I thought I was explaining my situation very awfully but they understood everything and helped me better that I could of thought

If I could give it no stars I would i never win on it no matter how much I play I get no promos or anything if anyone wants to play my advise would be do not play do even sign up to it waste of money and just a scam

I set up an account. I missed clicking on the opt in to the introductory offer but their customer services were great and credited me back as if I had. Fast response and resolution.

Shocking.

Over 300 again om fluffy favourites with no bonus and no 5 of a kind.

Considering you were fined for corrupt RTPS maybe you need investigating again.

Taking all that with no bonus or 5 of a kind... and not even 3 stake wins....

Definitely something not right with this site, with the amount of money they take from you with no wins. I play a game that is meant to show scatters not one ever shows never mind 3 it’s just dead spin after dead spin, whoever is checking on these being a fair company either needs to gets new job or more training because it definitely isn’t a fair site it’s absolutely shocking!!!!!!

Very good Betfair exchange, very fair and honest, although the BSP prices do not show up quickly and sometimes take 12+ HOURS to display !! On Timeform.com. They DON'T show BSP results on their Exchange App. platform.

ABSOLUTE SCAM PLAYING SLOTS, you doing 10p spins tap to spin it takes a first payment then by the end of the spin it has taken out another 10p before you have tapped again, then when you do tap again it does the same thing so instead of 10 spins on the pound at 10p a spin your getting 5 what a joke the fact that they are getting away with this is fraud the site should be shut down

Disgusting untrustworthy company. They have become a disgrace. RTP is a joke and I advise no one to play on their casino. Also the positive reviews on trust pilot recently look very suspicious. We know gambling companies are paying for positive reviews to be posted on trust pilot. So do not trust the fake positive reviews here.

Absolutely shocking play. Chance of hitting features and bonus are next to nothing. The first day it gave me some good wins but took it faster then it gave. After that its just eating deposit after deposit. After spending thousands they slap my account with a 150 month restriction when I put my limits at 2500. You took all my money then restricted me when I finished. Scum move. I hit one bonus in 800 pound played on rainbow riches pick n mix.

Charlie was very patient and understanding after I realised my dumb mistake of watching a match I had bet in which had already finished.I contacted Betfair after finding out that Betfair had already settled the two bets as losers because the match had finished but I thought the match hadn't finished because I was watching it andI didn't realise straight away that I was watching the match on ITV+1 until after Charlie informed me that the match had finished. I apologised and explained what had happened and Charlie was very understanding.
