Bottom of the barrel now...was great at one time

When I first subscribed to F@W, it was great! A large variety of "music" for any situation you needed it. That was 10 years ago. Now, it's horrible... They play the same 10-12 songs and every variation of said song over and over again. No variety at all. Wish they would go back to variety.

Deceptive Subscription Practices at Focus@Will

I encountered misleading subscription practices at Focus@Will. Intending to subscribe monthly, I was unknowingly charged for a yearly subscription without clear notice. Despite providing credit card details under the guise of 'just information', I was billed for the full year immediately upon submission. My attempts to resolve this through customer service have been futile, with my complaint pending for over two months. This lack of response has led me to seek a reimbursement for potential fraud. Customers should be wary of these deceptive practices and the company's poor responsiveness.
