Great service. My samsung s23fe wouldn't charge. I took it in and they fitted a new charging port, all done within an hour. Very happy and very grateful. Thank you so much. 😊

Simply great customer service.
My Ipad required a new battery. Fonefix ordered the new battery, let me know as soon as it had arrived. I brought the IPad in and the new battery was installed in under an hour.

Please don't buy phone chargers here. Fire risk
I would not recommend anyone to purchase a phone charger here. I purchased one and have had problems with my phone overheating when charging. I have used friends chargers to charge my phone and no problems. The person who served me, said there is nothing wrong with the charger and it is my phone that is the problem, even though I have proved otherwise, they refused to do anything about it. The charger is a fire risk.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that we have not sold you a phone charger, according to our records and your own admission we sold you a USB charging/data sync cable only which was almost 6 months ago.
When you came in to the shop you were insistent that the cable we sold you was responsible for your 5 year old Samsung A520 coming up with an overheating warning and didn’t seem to be prepared to listen to an explanation of possible causes for his warning on your phone.
We then offered to carry out a free diagnostics check of your phone, mains charger and the cable we supplied which you allowed us to do.
This test we carried out in just under one hour showed your phone charging from 58% to 100% (without error or fault) and also showed that the consistent current draw from your mains charger using the cable purchased from us was 1.2 amps which is perfectly normal.
This consistent current draw only fluctuated from 0.85-1.3 amps when the charging cable was moved (Or wiggled) in the charge port. This was happening due to a loose charge port within your phone and is highly likely to be the cause of the overheating warning you are experiencing.
The warning is very unlikely to be caused by your own mains charger or the cable bought from us.
We tried to explain all of this to you when you collected your phone from us but you unfortunately seemed unprepared to accept or listen to our explanation, I have worked with electronics for over 25 years and stand by my diagnosis and professional experience.
I’d also like to clarify that all the USB cables and indeed mains chargers sold by us are sourced from UK suppliers with very strict safety and testing procedures, we also take the safety of such items very seriously.
Battery replacement, great results.
Had my iPhone 6s battery replaced. Really pleased with result, my phone lasts a lot longer! Glad I had it done rather then a new phone.
