We absolutely love Force of Nature. I love having a non toxic go to cleaner. We’ve been using it for about 5 years now. Really appreciated being able to disinfect door knobs and surfaces with it during COVID, and we most recently found a new use! After finding some research about hypochlorous acid and eczema, we found that it helps relieve the itching of my daughter’s eczema on her fingers! Customer service has always been very responsive -first few years they had an issue with the springs in their sprayer heads, they were always replaced promptly when they failed and eventually the problem was resolved. When my sprayer head broke after falling off the counter, again prompt replacement under warranty.

This company did nothing for me but send emails that made no sense. Ordered product and refills for a year. Ordered everything a big order and received no confirmation email. Susan a Rep from Company following week Tuesday said "Oh no it was sent" No it was not and finally I received it. No parcel no tracking number for 2 weeks. No call centre as stated on website?Took forever to get through for a call about order. Susan who was rude again explained that it was sitting in UPS warehouse and had not moved. No apologies rather "nothing I can do" and would not offer to even call UPS. I asked for cancellation and she said rudely "maybe" Did receive a refund but once again no apology for way this was handled. Then Susan after refund started answering previous emails. Made no sense as she was extremely rude, I asked her to check dates. Obviously not a great way to do business as this is a company that is really not set up to take calls check on orders. Instead they would rather blame the client if there are problems. Just not a good business model! Buyer Beware!

Force of Nature cleanser is a great product: kills germs and viruses, is eco-friendly, effective, and safe. No nasty fumes. You mix it up yourself - super-easy and fast! All the supplies are provided. Highly recommended.

Great product and really good for the environment. I have received two larger orders by now (not to have to pay for shipping), and both times, it has been excellent meat of all kinds. I especially liked the wild boar chorizo and the pasture-raised chicken. I have referred several friends to them as well.
