I love my pencils!! I just wish I was able to hear back from customer service. I misspelled one of the names on the pencils so reached out to customer service before it was shipped/delivered, but I did not hear back.

Customer service
There was a mistake in an order placed in November. When I contacted the company I was told the missing items would be sent. But they didn't come. So I contacted them again and was told that the order had been placed but never sent. At that point, they took care of it and I received the order within a week or so. I am only giving a review of a 4 because it took a couple of months for this situation to be made right.

Affordable and great quality
I bought personalized pencils for my fourth grade students. They LOVE having pencils with their names on them. BONUS: When there's a pencil found on the floor, we know whose it is!

I placed this order on January 23
I placed this order on January 23. It is now February 12 and I still have not received my order. I understand inclement weather delayed things but the weather should have impacted it by a day or two. At my school we even have an outside box where deliveries can be placed. Still nothing. While I realize the pencils I bought are separate from delivery, it is really upsetting that the order isn't here yet. If this was my first time ordering from your company, I would find a different company from which to order. I have ordered these pencils before, so am hopeful that this delivery issue is a fluke.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused — we completely understand how disappointing it is when a package doesn’t arrive as expected.
After reviewing the UPS tracking details for your order, it was picked up by the carrier on 1/26 and was on track for delivery on 1/30. Unfortunately, UPS reported multiple delays due to severe weather and emergency conditions affecting the East Coast. Those weather-related disruptions continued through 2/07.
UPS then attempted delivery on 2/11 and 2/12, but noted the business was closed at the time of delivery attempts. The most recent update shows the package out for delivery again on 2/13.
While the shipping delays were outside of our control, we absolutely understand that the impact still falls on you — and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. If your order does not arrive, please reach out to us directly and we’ll gladly resend your tracking details and assist however we can, including coordinating with UPS if needed.
Nostalgia
What made this shopping experience great was being able to replicate my childhood with a cool pencil with my name on it for my students. What a fantastic tradition! The nostalgia!! I was also able reach customer service in a timely fashion. They were incredibly helpful in navigating the ordering process. My only want from the company is to send a shipping update, possibly once processed and once shipped.
