Great paper
Easy to buy, quick delivery and a wonderful paper. If I had a slight gripe it would be postage - spending over £200 and having no free delivery option seems a little bit disappointing.

Don’t rely on them!
I called to check they had an item in stock, was told yes so placed the order online. Called back after to confirm it was going out for next day delivery as I hadn’t had confirmation of that even though it was advertised, was then told the item is out of stock and they had no estimate time for restocking. Staff were rude, spoke over me with attitude, not a professional way to handle a situation. I’ll never use them again

You are correct it shouldn’t have happened, it’s illegal to sell items not in stock unless they are stated as a preorder upfront. “tried to offer a full refund” this sounds like the company went out of its way to do me a favour, when the fact of the matter is it made an illegal sale and further to that I was in my legal rights to receive a refund anyway! You have continued to show poor communication and general unprofessional behaviour. I will stick to using Wex or Park Cameras in future.

Order delivered short of an item with…
Order delivered short of an item with no comment whether this was due to out of stock or to follow. When phoned was told it would be sorted out, when followed up several days later, nothing had happened. Girl promised to investigate and call me back - she did not. I called again to be told they were waiting stock and it would be sent on when stock received. Poor and incompetent customer service. Will not use again!
