Very comminicative and always made the right adjustments to my therapy based on my symptoms! Feeling so much better since starting HRT!

I just had my intake with Alexis who was amazing! She took her time to go over all my results and explaining how everything fits in. Then we discussed the different options available to me down to the actually bi weekly dosing. She really listened and answered all of my questions which was great. I was able to come out of that intake with a lot of knowledge and feeling confident about the treatment recommendations moving forward. 10/10 I would highly recommend her & the service.

Very supportive and informative team. They respond so quick and resolve any issues pretty fast. I like that it operates through text so that they can get on any questions or concerns so fast. Very k owledgable doctors they've really changed my life and helped me comfortably get the care I was looking for.

I have been very satisfied with the service and staff at Fountain. My user experience with their Telemedicine platform makes it so easy to take an appointment on the go, schedule your labs, etc.

I made sure to do my homework and research before embarking on outsourcing TRT therapy. My GP determined 3 points above the lowest end of normal range at 41 years old meant I was fine and not a candidate despite chronic fatigue, low libido, declining gym performance, mental fog, and overall funk about life. Now 45, I’ve been with Fountain from the beginning and the service was transparent and exactly as advertised including pricing, on time refills, ease of ad-hoc contact with the team, labs, etc. I look and feel as good as I’d hoped to get to and am grateful for the experience.

I have had an outstanding experience working with FountainTRT in the roughly 3 years I've been using their services. I am on a TRT program, staying above 900 with an excellent balance of strength and energy. The process is easy, lab work is easy, and talking to the doctors is always a smooth experience. Highly recommend, 10/10.

I feel like a new person since starting this treatment. My numbers had dropped since getting out of the service and I felt like I was in a fog constantly. I researched many TRT treatment centers and providers. I chose Fountain. Although I was a bit nervous at the start, my concerns and questions were addressed immediately, and my interactions with all the FountainTRT staff have been positive, informative and professional. I've never felt better. And even family and friends compliment my change in shape and sudden found confidence and demeanor. My only regret is i wish I started TRT ten years earlier.

Pretty underwhelming. Was with Fountain for a little over a year. Very difficult to get dialed in. Had issues with E2 and hematocrit spiking even on very low doses. Quality of care was incredibly inconsistent, disjointed, and overall lackluster. Never got the sense anyone really cared or was paying attention. Just rotated through NPs who barely know what they are talking about and who more often than not didn't even know what dose I was taking because their notes were so bad. Demanded to speak to some MDs a couple times and they were helpful but overall it was exhausting being the only one advocating for myself. Decided if I had to deal with that nonsense, might as well just go through insurance or a cheaper online provider.

Easy to schedule appointments, follow ups and prescription renewals are managed effortlessly by the team. Any questions that you have can be texted to the team anytime day and night and they answer quickly. Completely satisfied.

I’ve been extremely happy with my HRT treatment. Since starting, I’m no longer waking up at 3:00 a.m., my fatigue has improved significantly, and I’ve even noticed less urinary incontinence. I feel more like myself again. The treatment plan has been effective, the staff has been wonderful to work with, and the cost has been very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone considering hormone replacement therapy.

Had no troublesome meno symptoms until I turned 65 - when extreme anxiety, sleeplessness, terrible brain fog, shoulder and hip pain and constant UTI symptoms hit me like an avalanche. Began HRT 3 months before my 66th birthday. Felt almost instant relief, especially the mental symptoms.Crepey skin on arms and legs is gone even my flat butt is much firmer. But MOST shocking - a huge fibrous mass in my breast that was mistaken for cancer years ago (with resulting traumatic surgery/treatment.) is GONE. No joke. It has disappeared. Totally soft normal breast now - and even a little firmer/perkier! I am shooketh! You are not too old to start. Please do this for your health and your happiness.

Hidden weekly costs and an immediate $35 penalty
Buyer beware: FountainTRT's pricing structure is billed weekly, making it significantly more expensive than standard monthly models. When I realized the true cost right after booking a next-day lab appointment, I canceled everything immediately. Even though the booking and cancellation all happened within a single hour, they still slapped me with a $35 charge. Zero flexibility for an honest mistake caught within minutes.

Promotion claims $35 labs. Had lab work done at quest for what I thought was $35 but then proceed to receive a bill a week later from quest for $168 for the labs. Complete scam to get you in the door.

The doctors are great and the customer service is great. Very happy with results and on going care

The experience has been great because it has done for me what it said it would do. I have greater focus, my emotional outlook is better. My strength has increased. I feel younger. I have greater drive. My muscles are full and hard as they used to be. I am helping around the house better.

My experience has been wonderful. The customer service was spot on every time and is 24/7 so I could get answers any time I had a question. My doctor visits were always professional and really paid attention to my needs. They offered feedback and addressed any issues. I felt so much better on HRT. I was actually surprised at the changes. Highly recommended.

I'm so satisfied with the product, my symptoms improved dramatically and the check in from Doctors and registered nurses and the video conferences makes it more easy as to go to a doctors office and sits there for an hour, this is so comfortable and the customer service is absolutely perfect the pharmacy keeps you upto date as to when they ship your prescription and makes sure your know how to use each product correctly. I have not felt this good in years! The hip pain I was experiencing for years I thought was my Fibromyalgia. Turns out it was not. When I got started on the testosterone cream the hip pain disappeared! I had already been on only female hormones for a few months and did not notice a lot of changes for the good. Thank you Fountain!!!
