My initial consultation with Keith was great. He took time explaining the HVAC systems and options with me and kept great communication with me.

The installation guys (Mark Brandenburg and another guy who's name I didn't get) did a fantastic job on the install and finished the entire HVAC install plus a new hot water heater all in the same day (was originally planned to take 2 days but they worked very efficiently). Mark asked me if I had any questions throughout the install process, helped me get the new thermostat setup and answered whatever questions I had.

I admittedly was skeptical/concerned about going with Four Seasons from reviews i had read online but after addressing those concerns with Keith and him reasurring me I'd have an exoerienced team performing the installation I decided to give them a chance because they were offering the best package. Very glad I did and had a great experience. Will gladly use Four Seasons again.

We live in a 102 year old home and we have used Four Seasons for many issues and renovations around our house. They are professional, reliable , and when you need them in an emergency they are available. Our basement ejector pump was leaking lots of water . They came and first tried to repair the issue but the pump was too old. They replaced it and gave us a fair price. Amazing service from start to finish. Best company around.

My mother contacted Four Seasons Heating and Cooling on 01/26/2026 for a water leak. What should have been a simple service call turned into them replacing her boiler—something that was not needed.
The technician arrived at 8:00 a.m. and instead of shutting the water off, allowed it to continue leaking for approximately three hours while he tried to determine “how my mother’s credit was” so they could charge her for additional work. He even made the comment, “Oh, there is no way you could afford this in cash,” which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
After being pressured into purchasing a new boiler costing nearly $17,000, her tenants were left with NO HEAT because the job was not completed correctly. A second technician had to come out to bleed the old pipes and stated that the original work was done incorrectly.
I was on the phone during a call with customer service and had to take over because of how rude and disrespectful they were toward my mother. Once I took over the call, their tone immediately changed. This entire situation has caused my mother extreme stress and has made her physically ill, so I have been the one handling all communication.
Each time I call, I am forced to explain the situation again to a different customer service representative, which is incredibly frustrating. Another technician was sent out on 02/12/2026, and once again I was told the job was done incorrectly. That technician stated he would order parts and return on 02/16/2026 to fix everything properly, even saying he would do the job “as if it were his own house.”
I also had the city inspector come out because the work was done without a permit, and the inspector confirmed the job was poorly done and appeared incomplete.
On 02/16/2026, I took yet another day off work only for a different technician to show up. He informed me the previous technician was off that day, that he was only there to inspect the job, and that he did not have any parts. After calling customer service again and finally reaching the person assigned to this claim, it became clear that even they were not aware of what was happening. The technician confirmed to the representative exactly what he had already told me.
As of 02/16/2026, four technicians have been out and nothing has been resolved. I will now have to take off work again on 02/17/2026 in hopes that the job is finally done correctly.
This entire experience has been exhausting, stressful, and unacceptable. Between the unnecessary replacement, poor workmanship, lack of permits, constant miscommunication, and horrible customer service, this company has given me absolutely no confidence. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I've used 4 seasons several times over the years for several issues. Everything from fixing a clogged drain, repairing a furnace, to new installation of of a water heater, or most recently, a new installation of a radiant tube heater in my barn. They are always fast, professional, courteous and go above and beyond. For all the right reasons, they can't be beat!

I had such a great experience with Four Seasons, our Water Heater went out and with 5 girls in the house that is Not Good!!! They came out immediately and replaced it! We didn’t even have to go a full day without Hot Water. They were efficient and left the area neat, and took the old one away. Definitely would recommend this company!!

After 20 Years of having 4 Seasons install our entire system (AC,Furnace,Hot water heater) and 20 Years of twice a year maintenance at $89.95 per visit, this last AC tune up yesterday was a scam! I always defended 4 Seasons to all my neighbors and clients/friends when they would say how terrible 4 seasons was at telling them they needed unwarranted repairs or replacement. I never felt that 4 seasons was scamming me until yesterday. The tech told me that I needed 2 parts that were failing, but when I asked him to show me, he couldn't tell me why the parts were failing. He didn't know that I know my stuff and knew that the parts in question were just replaced and were just fine. So when I called the tech on it, he said that 4 seasons is asking their techs to find stuff wrong with their units to cover their as**es for the "No Breakdown Guarantee" that they offer customer for 1 year. So if something was wrong with their system, 4 seasons would not be liable since they "supposedly" found something wrong with the unit. They quote outrageous prices for the repairs to make you actually buy a new unit. This is not the ethical treatment I was used to for 20 Years. Very disappointed and now considering switching my loyalty to another company. Might consider staying with them if they extend my warranty as discussed privately.

During the recent heat wave here in Chicago my old AC finally gave way. Had Four Seasons out for a replacement, but the tech was also kind enough to quote a repair to get u back up and running if we wanted. Decided to go with replacementt...why throw good money into a 25+ year AC. overall, good experience. Came on time, got started and were done within 4 hours. Just felt really bad as it was still hot, so I encouraged the guys to take breaks and provided water. Will recommend
