I ordered a Superking set last year and the sheet does not fit!
I thought it was stiff so I washed it and it has never fit the mattress.
I have been onto Lauren in Customer Care for several weeks now, and basically will not accept the sheet back for exchange, will not offer a refund and somehow seem to be using the angle that because I washed it, I cannot return it!
Unbelievable
They also stated that I would need to have contacted them last year in relation to it.
I didn’t but it had slipped me mind at the time due to general matters

Ordered duvet cover set, paying over 100e hopes were high. The worst material ever, no joke. It feels if I'd try to burn it, it would melt, because it does feel like plastic. I survived one night in it, the worst sleep ever.
Wouldn't waste money buying anything anymore from them.

I ordered on 5th November. It’s now the 19th December. Still no sign of my items. I wanted this furniture for Christmas. I was promised it would arrive early December. It would’ve been quicker ordering from the UK. I’m never ordering anything from Foxford again. Dreadful customer service.

Ordered two tables nearly two months ago. Have tried to follow up, no one is responding. I’m seeking legal advice. Do not waste your money on this brand.

Bought a pair of flannel pyjamas for the wife. She wore them once, they developed a large hole along the outside leg.
Contacted customer service, they said they could do nothing as item had been worn.
Not what I expected from a supposedly high quality manufacturer.
