I made a mistake in buying a DLC, i bought the roguetrader dlc instead of getting the season pass. I emailed their support, and even if i was on the other side of the world, they replied within less of an hour. And fixed the issue quickly. Craig is the MVP! Definitely gonna buy my games here from now on!

Refunding or gifting a purchase is very easy, simply click a button and no need to contact customer support.
Customer support is also very helpful and quick. I had once requested refunds from different authorised Steam key sellers but there was an issue with my card blocking any transactions, so I didn't receive those refunds. Gamesplanet is the only one who took my request seriously and contacted their payment team which were able to provide the ARN of the refund for my card issuer to trace it.
I do wish they can send an email to confirm the refund is approved/being processed and support more payment methods like google pay and apple pay.

Entire customer service team was beyond exceptional and helpful. I was faced with an accidental order and unsure what to do but was beyond surprised to see how great and helpful they were. From clear, speedy and concise communication to providing a resolution that worked for all parties, it's not to see companies that still provide great customer service. Will continue to use this website to purchase my PC games!

Happy customer, everything worked and I just think more people should be aware of this place as it offers discounted games but based of deals with companies instead of scammers selling stuff.

Horrible customer service—not only do they refuse to help but also provide false information. Will not buy again.

Edit: DD2 DLC was announced on 6/9, which was way before my order.

If a gaming company doesn't follow a big announcement, that says something by itself.

I bought a game on their store but I wasn't able to get the email for the game.
Support was able to help me and in few messages I was able to get my game!

The customer service was fast to respond and to fix my problem.

Accidentally bought the wrong product, wrote to support, and got a refund issued within 20 minutes.

I strongly advise against buying from Gamesplanet. My experience with them has been nothing short of sketchy and utterly unprofessional.

The first time I bought a game, the key simply never arrived. Sensing something was wrong, I opened a dispute. Surprise, surprise: they replied almost instantly and magically provided the key right after.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of giving them a second chance today. The seller rejected my order, claiming they had already issued a refund but told me I had to wait 5 days to receive it. Having managed an e-commerce business myself, I know perfectly well how PayPal works: real refunds are instantaneous, not delayed. I didn't fall for their excuse, immediately opened a PayPal dispute, and got my money back instantly.

It is glaringly obvious that they manage their keys manually and incredibly slowly—assuming they actually have the keys in stock at all. They show zero respect for the customer and run their business with an unacceptable lack of transparency.

It feels like a complete scam. Save your money and your time. I will absolutely never use this site again.

First time using the site. Created an account, which was very quick. Found awesome deals for Stellaris DLC, which are usually notoriously expensive. Bought said DLC as Steam keys. Two of them I was able to activate immediately, and the third one required a review period for security purposes, I assume. The review period barely took 5 minutes, so it didn't raise any issues for me. Overall, great experience, great prices, and quick delivery.

Navigating the website to reclaim a key after buying it logged from steam requires esoteric knowledge.

Error message saying my ip got blocked because it exceed security limits while trying to read the key. Just sent every screenshot to paypal and hopefully i was instantly refunded. Again it was for me an awful user experience. However seems to work perfectly for some people.

K4G, on the other hand, is an absolute joke. Avoid it like COVID, unreliable, frustrating, dodgy and not worth the risk and your money. Don't even think about it. Go with GamesPlanet instead.
