Thanks to Bill and the Team at Fresh Promotions! Sunnybank Physie received 5-star service under the Community Support Scheme! Our member lapel pins were a hit! Great design and quick delivery. We were delighted!

Kate was amazing! So easy to communicate and to amend any changes I had. She answered all my questions quickly and I got my package within days of processing my order. Definitely will be using this service again!

Great service and product quality. Fast delivery exceeded expectations. Will definitely buy from this supplier again!

Bill has been nothing but amazing to work with, from the original design,to tweaking the design and making it work. He has designed lapel pins for our local ute show for the last 2 years and will continue to use the company. The pins are absolutely amazing.

Great quality and awesome design!
Really happy with this pin. The detail and finish are excellent, and it looks even better in person. Great little piece and definitely one I’ll be proud to have in the collection. Highly recommend!

I worked through brief, quote & output with Kate Wight who was incredibly patient and helpful. As someone new to the process & industry, she made it extremely easy to follow the process and keep communication throughout. Product itself was great, and our client is super happy!

Great company to use, fantastic products

Has done an absolutely amazing job, could not thank them enough for the end result !!!!

We use Fresh Promotions for the merchandise and marketing products of my region's Scout groups; they're always responsive and deliver high-quality products.

We used them for custom lapel pins for a local show, they are an easy company to use, great turn around time and the pins came out better then expected and have lasted through abuse

Great customer service, and good product

We recently received our lanyards from Fresh Promotions and couldn't be happier with the experience. The quality of the lanyards was excellent, and the ordering process was smooth from start to finish.

The team was friendly, responsive, and delivered exactly what we needed. We also really appreciate their ongoing support of community organisations through their donations program, which makes a real difference.

Highly recommend Fresh Promotions for anyone looking for quality promotional products and great customer service. Thank you!

Love the pins created for our Sydney school's upcoming trip to NASA!

Simple process, clear communication, friendly customer service. Organised to get some lapel pins and couldn't fault the experience. Will look to get a few other things in coming months.

I found the Fresh Promotions via facebook. I am the secretary/treasurer of a tenpin bowling League for bowlers with a disability. We like to recognize personal achievements such as getting a Turkey.

I had designed a turkey badge for our bowlers and reached out to Fresh Promotions. Fresh Promotions turned my idea into Turkey Badges for our up coming tournament.

They look fantastic. Arrived very quickly. Highly recommend.

We recently placed a rush order with Fresh Promotions and were extremely impressed with the service we received. Kate was amazing to deal with from start to finish. She quickly accommodated our tight timeframe, provided suitable product options that were available, and ensured everything was processed promptly.

The customer service was fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and professional, and we received tracking information as soon as the order was dispatched, which was greatly appreciated.

When the order arrived, everything was packaged well and in excellent condition. The quality of the items exceeded our expectations, and we were also provided with proofs for approval before production, giving us confidence that everything would be exactly as requested.

We highly recommend Fresh Promotions for their exceptional service, quality products, and attention to detail. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Fresh Promotions had great a product line up and a fast response for mockups designs for our pins. Their friendly customer support and extremely fast shipping was helpful for our project. They arrived in immaculate condition and I would highly recommend their products.

Really impressed with these pins. The quality is spot on, clean lines, solid metal, and the colours came out sharp and exactly how I was hoping. They feel durable, not flimsy at all, and the backing holds well which is a big plus when they’re being worn out at events.

The detail is what stood out most. Even the smaller elements are crisp and easy to see, which isn’t always the case with pins like this. They’ve got a nice weight to them too, giving them a more premium feel.

They’ve been a hit with the community as well. People actually want to wear and keep them, not just chuck them in a drawer, which says a lot.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Overall, super happy with how these turned out. Would definitely recommend.

The lanyards we got are the best quality😍 the colour match was amazing and even the little details were so great. Absolutely love the communication and work
