Paying so much for terrible service
Brought my ebike for service and they did such a shit job. For 620kr? damn.
Even a simple thing as oiling the chain was half assed by using way too much on top of the old oil.
I don't know what they did to my brakes because they worked fine before and now every time I brake there's a loud noise.
My bike's chain was slipping a bit when changing gears and the service included calibrating the gears except they only made it worse. I ended up fixing it myself which literary took me minutes to do...
My bike literally came out worse of "service".
At least the service warning is gone.
Trust me! Take your bike somewhere else. These people have no idea what they are doing.

Etape Denmark - quick re-tune
Etape Denmark tomorrow and putting bike together after a trip for it in a bike box from UK. Di2 not meshing correctly and lacking both the skills, experience and not wishing to make things worse after fiddling round with buttons, instructions and needing 3 hands, decided to visit FriBikeShop being the nearest. Arrived, “workshop round the back”, and glad that Niklas completed the re-tune in a couple of minutes. Well done and thank you. Was going to need all the gears on the hills with 30C forecast tomorrow. Seriously, loads of bikes of all descriptions in the front and capable technicians in the back. Looks busy and perhaps prior booking might be needed for big jobs on your bike as opposed a walk-in like mine.

Prompt polite pleasant service in GLOSTRUP
Prompt polite pleasant service in Glostrup store. I had a problem with a mis-thread on the pedal. It was a wet miserable day and the woman mechanic was polite, measured and positive reassuring my doubts and worries as I still had 8k ride ahead of me.

Very poor service
Very poor service; unprofessional. My bike was there for 10 days and it could not get fixed. Once they get the bike in they call you for a price update, which turned to be 3 times more of what I was initially told. I refused to pay that much and picked the bike up later that day. However I decided to leave it there because they decided to mantain the inital price. After 10 days the bike was still not repared because the pieces never arrived. Avoid this place. It is a waste and money.
