Shocking Customer Service

Shocking Customer Service
missing parts were requested and, despite being advised they were despatched they were only posted 2 weeks after requesting and after multiple requests requesting an update it is
still not resolved - after taking a call from them whereby they proceeded to talk over me and accuse me of being difficult I am still awaiting a resolution rather than a defensive email defending their sub standard customer service and unable to offer any resolution
As it stand after 2 weeks and numerous emails I still have a defective product that is not fit for purpose and am now seeking full refund under both Comsumer and Sale of Goods Act - watch this space !

How are these still in business

If you’re looking for top-quality furniture and excellent customer service… I’d suggest looking somewhere else.
After a modest 16-week wait for delivery, I found myself locked in an email exchange with customer service that somehow stretched past 100 messages. Progress was slow, repetitive, and often felt like starting from scratch each time.
When the furniture finally arrived, multiple parts were damaged — including broken glass inside one of the boxes, which ended up all over my room upon opening.
When I raised this, I was told, “well, you saw how we packaged it up,” which was an interesting way of suggesting the issue wasn’t theirs. I was assured replacement parts would be reordered immediately for an April delivery.
Six weeks later, I’m still waiting for any update or confirmed delivery date.
To top it off, I later discovered the LED lights shown built into the cabinet aren’t actually included and are sold separately, still in shock about this.
All in all, an experience that required far more patience than you’d expect when buying furniture — and not for the right reasons.

Go to ikea

the only good experience is that they respond very timely. The cupboard is not sturdy and strong and a shelf was broken what they blamed on me because its the easy way out because you cant prove anything. Just buy from ikea a reputable company excellent products and much eaiser assebmly

Good value, good looks, good purchase

Does exactly what it needs to and looks great doing it. The design sits perfectly alongside our mirrored wardrobes. It's clearly a well thought out piece. Assembly was simple and the finished result is solid and sturdy. We fixed it to the wall as a precaution but it's a robust bit of kit regardless. Good value, good looks, good purchase.

Fabulous Quality, Amazing Prices & Excellent Customer Service!! I Will Be Back!!! Thank You

Absolutely over the moon with the service, delivery, price and the quality of the display cabinet I purchased from this company.
The customer service received was first class and although there was a slight issue with some damage to my purchase upon arrival, as soon as I informed them of the problem they resolved it immediately. I must stress, the damage certainly wasn't due to poor packaging as it was packed beautifully and so well protected, in fact I'd say it was the most protective packaging I've ever come across, so I've certainly no complaints at all in that respect. It was just one of those things that happen in transit and accidents can and do happen but they resolved it immediately with no issues.
I am so impressed with the both the product purchased and the service received that I have purchased another display cabinet exactly the same to put on the opposite side of my TV to make a media wall. It looks fabulous and is a real taking point whenever anyone visits our home.

Half my order arrived, when contacting them they say they'll send the missing parts out....2 months later im still waiting!!!!
Now they've just stopped replying to emails!

Damaged product - not replaced or partial refund offered

I ordered a tall broom-type cupboard at the beginning of January. When putting it together, it was discovered that one of the doors was cracked. Despite regular emails and phone calls and promises to replace, they have not done so. I would not order from this company - don't expect any level of customer service. Poor.

Got there in the end

Delivery took a bit longer than expected and when it was delivered I had a damaged door however they dealt with it and resent me a new door. All good in the end

Unknown delivery times

Ordered 2 items off their website expecting delivery to take up to 7 days. On day 10 now and still no communication from them despite me emailing asking for a delivery update. A shame as the products look very good quality.

Disappointing service when issues arise....

Ordered two Dallas Universal 3 Drawer Matt White 60cm Internal Chests of Drawers, both of which were out of stock and supplied on pre-order.

They arrived on 3 December and were well packaged externally, however on opening both parcels there were multiple damaged components.

The issue was reported immediately on 3 December and chased again on 4, 10, and 17 December.

I received only one response on 4 December, with no further communication despite repeated follow-ups.

As there has been no response since, the matter has now been escalated to Klarna disputes and will also be referred to my credit card provider.

The real test of a company is how it handles problems outside the customer’s control.

Unfortunately, in this case, the issue has simply been ignored.

Based on this experience, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Nice furniture for the price

Nice furniture for the price, although delivery took 3 months for 2 cabinets. Order them on September 15th didn’t receive all of the 2 cabinets until December 8th . Got 1 in October then got the other in December and then had to wait another week for the doors.Couriers they use are hopeless.

Absolutely appalling service and…

Absolutely appalling service and quality. Ordered a tall larder cupboard and arrived with 2 broken pieces and a missing hinge.
8 emails down and 6 weeks later and still waiting for confirmation of when the replacement parts will be sent.
Avoid this company !
