After service when returning a product and being customer friendly are a problem. Be careful when returning products to Futurumshop within 30 days they will be very strict and will not return your money / or only part of your money if there is a light scratch on the product or you openend the box. I have a bad experience and stopped my account. The return service with Amazon is way more flexible and customer friendly. With Amazon the customer is king. With Futurumshop they themselves are the king.
Very competitive prices with a great delivery service and customer service was also very helpful and quick to respond. I would 100% recommend.

When I ordered 2 tires, the promised delivery date was ‘tomorrow in house’, then after ordering I got a note that it was 2-6 days, then another note saying it was 15 weeks. I was asked to login and choose from 3 other options, cancel was not an option. When I started chatting with support, it was a negative/unpleasant experience, boilerplate apologies across the board, not an attempt to resolve their mistake (I do not believe they even cared about my issue). I asked for a manager who after some discussion offered a silly rebate to keep me as a customer, not really understanding that they had already lost a good customer. I returned everything I had ordered and they did refund me. Don’t sell something you don’t have in stock/can’t get quickly and then try to force some other product to the customer. Blaming the supplier is also not a good idea.
