Very impulsive decision to invest £250. Despite being assured that my personal financial manager will manage the account, in less than 24hrs the money dropped to 53p and this was blamed on a robot trading on my behalf even though I was guaranteed a manager will manage my account, especially because I did tell him that I’ve never traded before. I was then asked to pay in another £250 in order for the manager to take control of my trading. No trust, no commitment to client and no ownership in honouring their work- client manager was Thomas Fischer or so he said his name was. Gutted by my naivety
