Been a great experience so far - instructions for network config were helpfully provided ahead of time and the server has been running smoothly since installation with no power or network issues. Jaden has been helpful and responsive whenever I've had queries and the server was installed soon after shipping it.

I've only been a customer for a short time, but I'm already seriously impressed. The service has been rock-solid from day one. Setup was smooth, performance has been excellent, and everything just works.

What really stands out is the support. Response times are genuinely rapid, and every interaction has been helpful and knowledgeable rather than the copy-paste replies you get elsewhere.

A special mention has to go to Jaden, the director, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. It's rare to see someone at that level so hands-on and genuinely invested in their customers.

The Discord server is a brilliant touch too - a great place to get quick answers or just connect with the community. It makes the whole experience feel far more personal than your typical hosting provider.

I reckon that I've been using FyfeWeb for about 5 years now. The customer service from the Founder himself is reliable, fast, and efficient. They are always the first person to jump to assistance through financial struggles through development/site/email related queries.

The support is incredible. Usually the issue with hosting companies is the speed and quality of the support. With Fyfeweb it is completely the opposite. Responses within minutes and they have read the request properly and dealt with it.

Couldn't recommend this company anymore, Jayden does above and beyond to help anyone and be satisfied. At first I bought a machine but wasn't strong enough for what I needed it for Jayden was quick to help me, and then needed more RAM he was also quick enough to buy some more. I recommend anyone to use FyfeWeb, I definitely won't be leaving anytime soon, very reliable servers. So you 100% won't waste your time looking at or buying their servers they are the best I've had to date. Been a customer for 2+ years and never had an issue that hasn’t been resolved super quick and in good manner. The websites are blazing fast and can even run my NodeJS web apps perfectly. Really great value for money and no plans to take my business elsewhere as the team are great :)
