Avoid at all cost, and G2A Shield isnt worth the effort!
Strap yourself in guys, im about to give you an expose into the customer *ahem* service at G2A.com.
On 6th July 2015 I purchased a copy of Ark: Survival Evolved for £15.06 including G2A Shield from G2A.com (order number 82602018397132)
Anyways, on the 23rd July the steam gift provided for the Ark Purchase was revoked by the seller due to a "payment error". I contacted support straight away to try to get the issue rectified, stating that I could provide evidence that G2A.com had received £15.06 from my bank account. The Support staff asked me to confirm the issue with a few screenshots, so I provided them. Since then I have waited for a responce, and had to create additional support tickets to get support to respnd to older tickets. I can provide all the tickets. The last ticket responce told me it could take a couple of days to sort out. That was 10 days ago. I have had approximately 6 hours wasted trying to get the issue sorted with customer support on LiveChat who tell me every time to wait another 72 hours for a ticket reply. The last agent even told me he had been "providing you with customer service and keeping up with you for 3 hours of your precious life"
All in all, a very untrustworthy company, and the customer service are very rude and mock you with smiley faces and false accusations that you "do not understand" how their rules and procedures work.
EDIT 10/08/2015: Interesting how after i post this review your staff suddenly need more information when theyaid they had everything they needed 17 days ago. Steam support have been contacted as you requested finally. Ironically that your staff state I must show product key on the screenshots with Steam Support despite you guys already knowing the GIFT was revoked and as a gift, no product key
