The support have a lot of delay to answer and they are so burocratics to solve a clearly problem of a key not functional in my region even though the key showed global on the website of G2play. I'm tryng to have a refound more than 2 weeks its rediculous.

Just sold me 2 beta test keys. I dropped them a note and got answered that selling beta test keys is 100% legit since it's the same game, which is an absolute BS according to Steam rules, and any dev can revoke beta keys anytime and with no compensation, quite rightfully since their purpose is for testing only. Plus, beta tests are simply free and should not be sold.
It's like selling free perfume samples : same perfume, but not the same purpose.
I strongly recommend not to go there if you do not want to buy fraudulent keys.

PS: they were enough of bad faith to write, I quote, that any sort of Steam key can be revoked by the devs... Could be funny if it was not that pathetic.

Jag har använt mig av G2Play för att köpa nycklar till spel i drygt 10 år nu. Har haft problem med detta ett par gånger då en nyckel redan var aktiverad, skrev till deras support och fick en ny som fungerade.

Lärde mig att inte gå efter det billigaste priset eller säljare som har låg rating eller hög rating från ett lågt antal användare då dessa ofta inte är legitima utan att ta de som är snäppet dyrare (men ändå ofta hamnar under priset på t.ex. Steam).

Anledningen bakom det låga betyget är nog för att folk inte fattar hur man använder sidan, har som sagt haft ett enda problem och har använt mig av den i över ett decennium.

Ger 4/5 då priserna inte reflekterar hela kostnaden, lite halv-shady att man ofta får en serviceavgift tillagd på toppen och även kostnaden för "skatt" om man bor i EU - ingen kommer kolla detta eller försöka polisera det.

I've been using G2Play to buy keys for roughly 10 years at this point. I've had an issue maybe once or twice where said key(s) were already activated. I simply wrote to their support and recieved new keys that functioned.

This taught me that you shouldn't go for the cheapest prices or sellers that have high ratings but a small number of ratings (in comparison to the rest) as these are most likely illegitimate/shady sellers.

I'm guessing the reason G2Play has such low ratings is that people don't quite understand how the site works or how to properly nagivate it and avoid shady sellers. As mentioned, I've used it for over a decade and I can count the number of times I've had issues on one hand.

I'm giving G2Play a 4/5 as the prices don't exactly reflect what you'll end up paying. I feel it's kinda semi-shady to add a service fee right at the end and suggest that users add "tax" if they're inside the EU - no one is going to check or police this.

They always seem to find a reason to delay your order. This is 2025, I don't want or have to wait up to 72 hours, up to 24 hours, up to 72 hours for payment to come through anywhere else. So this was my last attempt at ordering through you. Might as well order a physical copy, same delivery time.

Scam site! The game's price was listed as CHF 38.60 on the buy cheap site, but they're charging you CHF 75.27. That's more expensive than the original Steam price. Avoid this site!

Sadly G2Play had turned to utter shit and it's not recent even't, happened long time ago, but I just realized it now. Back in the day you almost always managed to find Steam key for a game you wanted much cheaper there, but not these days, prices are mostly like ~1 to 2 euros cheaper, but then when you actually go thru whole wallet thing price goes up with stupid fees and game is effing expensive again, so who ever you are that ruined it, please F off!

Bought a game key with eth, I paid in time and they took the money so I wrote to the support and no response yet after hours. So I lost money, really a great scam. More then 50 euro… I am going to denounce them.

I purchased a Manor Lords game, but the Steam key provided by G2PLAY cannot be activated. This company is like a scam group. The purchased Steam key is useless, and even their customer service is the same. There is no response whatsoever.

I bought a key for a game and said key couldn't be redeemed in my country (region-locked). I asked for 2 months for a refund and they just kept closing my tickets, marking them as solved. In the end they said they re-sold my key to another person and blamed a 3rd party for the refund problem.

I would avoid purchasing from this store, no matter how cheap the keys might be

Edit : I had an answer and they fixed my issue. 2 days but finally it worked.

I bought nba 2k24 and i received an activation key but it is invalid. No answer from the report case and ticket on kinguin...
I received a key in this format : AAAA-BBBB-CCCC AAAA-BBBB-CCCC but as steam indicates, there is no format like that one.

This service should be used with caution. A Key that have already been redeemed was sold to me. If you complain, you will be stalled with canned texts and no solutions. I am going to deleted my account. I want nothing more to do with this company.

Update: Actually, I just wanted to find out how to delete my account, but then I saw the credit.The solution is to remain firm and insist on your personal rights. Writing a review with the order number here was very good. Last week my purchase was refunded + a 10% voucher. Respect to g2play I didn't expect that. Rating has been adjusted from 1 to 4 stars.

WWE 2K23 key not working, key is already used or doesn't exist
