Very bad contact. Only before I bought the item and pay for it then sneaky answers or nothing. Then not item and not money. I have to claim in my bank about refound.

I too was lured in by a freebie. I did the whole payment for shipping. Heck, I didn’t even research the company!! Right away, I could see that something was wrong as they never sent confirmation of the order. I decided that I didn’t need the item after all, and so I contacted them thinking that they’d cancel the order for me. I ended up opening a dispute with them through PayPal, and then escalating that to a claim because they never even responded to that. I got my money back, and I learned my lesson too. Research the company, especially if it sounds too good to be true. I’m very wary of “freebies” now.

Took my money, never sent product! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

After months of constant emails to them they sent an email saying my item had been dispatched another few months on and I’m still waiting and still sending constant emails to them in the hope they will get fed up with. Me and do the right thing.
Do not use this company.

I made an order for three things over a month ago and haven't received them I've sent 3 emails and not one has been responded to. Do not buy from this website

Have gone to Citizens Advice Consumer Issues , regarding orders placed late April and also in May (foolish to order again when first item had not been delivered, I know)
Contract has been breached as far as Consumer Rights Act 2015 as failure to deliver in 30 days.
As not responding to emails , and many have been sent, will write to them directly , and hope for joy that way ? Will not hold my breath... and looks like they will be reporting this company to trading standards.

So - I accidentally ordered an item in which I was attempting to remove my bank details due to a previous poor excuse of a purchase
Rather than being able to delete my details it checked out an offer!

Numerous times I’ve emailed.... I’ve spoken to my bank, information governance and various others.

I had to wait 15 days from purchase to give Gadget Room the benefit of the doubt to deliver.
It didn’t happen. So here I am over 1 month later - I’ve received the monies back via my bank.

And because the bank we’re so poor in doing it £60 compensation came my way!

Now after nationwide disputed my payment - I suddenly receive an email ‘your order has been dispatched’
If they now dispute back and show confirmation of delivered items I’m liable to pay back the £25! Think not....

Absolute shambles of a company. Appalling.

No contact from gadget room, no telephone number either!!!

I would not order anything from GADGET ROOM they are fraud and scam company. Good at taking everyone's cash !!!!!

For a better experience, take some cash, find a drain, put the cash down the drain, go home.

This company takes your money, sends you an email saying the order will soon be on its way, then you never hear from it again.

Don't spend a penny of your money on this company.

Ordered 2 items, cancelled 1 within 10 minutes of ordering. Still took the money for both and delivered both items, no replies to 10 emails, either direct or via their online contact form. I should really go through my CC company to get the money back, but for £12 can't be doing with the hassle. Such a poor company who's reviews are going down the drain.

I have ordered 3 items from them. One was a unicorn cushion, i have emailed but had no response after a week. I also ordered teeth whitening system, had an email saying dispatched, i wait with baited breath. I also ordered a kids knife fork n spoon set, they aŕrived yesterday and are actually quite good so maybe its just they're not coping with order volume. Hopefully thats the case. They're from Glasgow and so am i originally so im putting my faith in them.i hope it works out well for everyone- eventually.

I ordered the Harry Potter cushion it finally came but with the wrong wording on and the surprise electrical mystery gift I paid for has never arrived and no reply from various emails to them.

I'm in the same position as everyone else who has reviewed these fraudsters. I ordered the Harry Potter cushion about a month ago. I received and email on the 6th of April saying the cushion had been dispatched but since then I've heard nothing and of course the cushion hasn't arrived! They must be raking it in, whoever they are, and they're probably laughing at us for getting scammed by them. I wouldn't even give them one star but that wasn't an option.

As per all other customers (I use the word very loosely) complete scam

Finally after much complaining and i mean a lot with little and finally no response from them.i received my item.no explanation why it has taken two and a half months.
So buyer beware.

Ordered a Harry potter cushion for £3.99 using their discount code debited my account never received the item emails sent and ignored this is a total scam don't fall for it

SCAM, dont bother, you will never receive anything from them. Took money but did not send anythig.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been dispatched. Have emailed to no avail. Have opened a dispute with PayPal. Still no response however the credit card we use with PayPal has been compromised. Coincidence? Maybe but I don't think so. Password changed. Never again.

Avoid at all costs,they take your money instantly,then don't supply the ordered item also they ignore any emails sent to them,this company is too much like two others namely "Tuscan Lily"and "Tresa charms" for my liking,not heard of them? Have a look you'll soon see the resemblance!
