A lovely, professional, assistant name Fatima was happy to show me a fun way to wear the scarf! I was sold and excited to purchase it!
Fatima was very warm and welcoming and provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond in service
I had a wonderful, memorable shopping experience!

I would like to start by stating that I placed my order on January 29.Today is February 10, and I still have not received the item. Your courier company allegedly left the package somewhere in a mailbox and ultimately lost it.
The only response I have received from Galeries Lafayette is that I am required to fill out a form by hand. In the 21st century, asking a customer to manually complete paperwork is unacceptable.
Despite sending dozens of emails, I received no responses for a long period of time. I called repeatedly and followed up in writing, all without success. To this day, the payment has not been refunded, despite multiple promises.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. Online shopping with Galeries Lafayette has been a terrible experience.
However, I do not intend to leave this matter unresolved. I am formally demanding a full refund of the amount paid, as well as compensation in the form of the voucher I lost due to this order.

First we wanted something to drink, the did not have tea. Oke. Than we wanted to buy a jacket and a bathrobe with 30% discount on both. The whole payment system was down. Luckily someone of the staff knew that you could pay downstairs. A huge line. We waited for 30 minutes and first they could not scan the product. Come back later they said. I said type in the productnumber and yes now it works. I paid but they forgot the discount on the robe. Finally we left to found out a few stores later that the alarm was still on. We went back, do you have the receipt, yes it here, the jacket is not on it, I can’t help you. I showed my payment but the very unfriendly man did not want to help us. I walked back to the cash register and told them the alarm is still on, they removed it without any question. We are talking a jacket of 750 euro and a bathrobe of 180 euro. This is the main reason to not buy in these type of stores. Good lesson.

my crazy expensive cream has been packaged in trash used terribly looking box,
merchant even did not put any testers as respect to customer, as mini thanku.
plus they did not put any gift package with merchant name.
really shame

Galeries Lafayette scams you to think they will do your tax refund. They offer you the service for 48 hours, that is ok, they say you need to have your passport with you and that is all the requirements they say and that is written in the back of you receipt. There is NO advices either a written or said that they only do the refund at the same store you have purchased your goods. There are a few Galeries Lafayette’s in Paris and that is very misleading. Missed the deadline because I went to the GL at the champs Elisees, and purchased at the one in Chausse D’antin. Misleading, unprepared, or scammers, there is no excuse to offer a service and be so bad about it.

On Feb. 18, 2025, I made a purchase in the Lyon Bron store. Only to realize later that I was charged 0.90 Euro for "Microdon" in addition to my purchases. I never authorized this surcharge of 0.90 Euro.
Upon reaching out to customer service, I was told this was not reimbursable, and that I would have to go to the store to get a 1 euro gift card (I live overseas and not in France). What a joke. Oh well, I'll take my US $ elsewhere next time, far more than 90 cents.

Do not give them your data! They send endless messages and the number to reply stop does not work.
I have emailed them twice and asked them to remove my data and they still haven’t done it.
Very disappointing for a well known brand to misuse data in such a way.

I think Galeries Lafayette is a good brand. The few reviews I have seen on Trust Pilot are merely administrative observations and they have no nexus with the quality of design and the products.
Trust pilot itself is 2 rated. Most of their reviews are guest rated for which I presume they have paid money to get them posted on their website. If you take out the guest reviews you will find they are no more than 2 rated

I am waiting for a refund for a dress which was delivered which was not the dress I ordered.
I have emailed and made numerous telephone calls, and despite promises of refunding my money, Nothing. It is 6 weeks since they emailed me to confirm the dress was received in their warehouse, and they still have my money for a dress I did not order. Where do I complain as every time I am put through to customer services who reassure me the accounts department are passing it for reimbursement…..so why have I not been received it !

Yes I too have been naive. Lost about €1500 with some kind of job offer to rate products and I don't even have that much money to begin with.
Learned today to ONLY do honest work, otherwise you'll feel the consequences.

they served me raw uncooked fish in the street food restaurant when I complained they took it back and re cooked the old piece until it was burnt then slapped it back on the table - firstly serving uncooked fish is a health hazard and secondly when I wrote in they simply dismissed the complaint I would never eat at any of their restaurants stay clear
I agree with Allison "CoolCat" M's review of the rude male concierge on the 1st floor. I had a wonderful shopping experience ruined by a little man who thought he had a small amount of power who weilds his rudeness at customers, both visitors to Paris and Paris residents like me. I had just spent a substantial amount of money with high end luxury designers and didn't realise that I had a loyalty account with Gallerie Lafayette. A lovely sales assistant at one of the luxe designer boutiques(LV) accessed my account and told me I could receive my points for the other luxury designer goods I had previously purchased that day, if I went to 'La Conciergerie' I arrived and explained that to Concierge that I didn't realise I had a loyalty account as I hadn't used it for a while and if they could kindly give me my loyalty points for the other luxury designer items that I had purchased from YSL and Chanel that day...this little male concierge (name withheld but he knows who he is) proceeded to tell me that " I should have got the points at the points of sale" after I had already explained I had forgotten I had a loyalty account with Gallerie Lafayette. Employees like this should not be given jobs that deal with the public, it is bad for Gallerie Lafayette and all the luxury designer labels that have outlets in the Grand Magasin.
I was so happy shopping until this incident happened. Some useful and constructive advice....get rid of the male concierge his name starts with K and ends with Sh.
