Just received an art book by Yoichi Nishikawa from Nucleus. The order arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. Took around two weeks from Japan to Europe, which is perfectly acceptable.

Very nice variety of prints but need to improve on customer service and shipping.
Ordered a print on 28 November 2016. Till now still no news that my print has shipped out.
Website says " All orders will be shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday) following the placment of your order, at the earliest. Next Day Air orders must be placed by 3pm California time. Orders placed on Friday will not be considered next day air. "
Below is an email from Ben Zhu of gallery nucleus :
"Yup we got the order. If there are any issue we will let you know. Otherwise it should ship out within the week. You will get tracking info shortly after it ships.
Thanks. "
Today is already Friday 2 November 2016 and still no news that my item has been shipped out......
International buyers beware there may be hidden access shipping fees. I don't mind paying or finding alternative ways to have the print shipped. But keeping quiet and not doing anything to inform the customer is not the way to solve problems.
Now I've no choice but to ship to print to a USA domestic address..... and process it still ongoing.....

Does it require lots of effort to wrap and ship something furthermore it has already been 2 weeks.
