I bought a pack with 3 licenses including :
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word...)
I first Installed Visio, and used my 1st licence : everything OK
Then I installed Office, which uninstalled Visio ! So I lost my 1st Visio licence !
I had to re-install Visio, and used another of my 3 licences...
Everything is working, but I lost a Visio licence...

Some time, because of my poor performance, I had to contact the customer service and the always game instant answer and best advices, solving all my problems. I purchased an MS Office Pro 2024…
I purchased an MS Office Pro 2024 license and it just would not register the normal way. I ended up having to use the telephone method to register, as the response from registering online kept saying that this reg ID was used too many times. But sure if that means the ID was invalid or not.
