this server provider n my opinion is great the customer service is amazing and the control pannel is so easy to use 10/10 deffo recommended

I greatly enjoyed using Game Host network to host my private Minecraft server to play with a couple of my friends. I currently live in Finland and the servers are located in Germany, so the speeds were brilliant. Live support was superb and everything went smoothly. 100% recommended.

The servers were relatively inexpensive compared to other competitors. I have never operated or rented a server before but using the FAQ's was able to painlessly get things set up. Me and my friends who also used the Minecraft server rarely had issues. I was also able to remotely manage the server using my phone when needed and most issues were solved easily by just restarting the thing. I was able to easily add a whitelist as well when I felt too many people started jumping on the new server bandwagon. My only complaint would be pretty much all correspondence ended up in my emails (outlook) junk folder despite repeatedly marking it as not junk.

I use Game host network to make a Minecraft server for me, and they have always been very helpful. Every time I got a noob question, about adding mods or making a new world. They help me without a question asked! Just amazing!

Sorry to say, but I had a few issues.
The one good thing was the relatively fast help.. usually within a few hours.
Issues: the faqs information was made for people who know alot about this sort of thing. It was not at all made for noobies, and didn't have alot of the information I needed for the issues I was having, and certainly didn't explain clearly the steps I needed to take to set it all up correctly.
Also, when I put a 'thumbs down' icon on the faqs pages, they were always removed.. or at least I couldn't see them after I'd put them, and then had to go back to the same page later to re-read to see if I'd missed something that could help me set it up fully. (I read and re-read all the faq information numerous times. Sadly, it all just wasn't written clearly enough for a noob like me to understand what they were talking about.)

Also, each time I logged in to work on my city (used their services to build a gtav role play city), there was something wrong, or not working. I literally mean every single time. Each time they did get it fixed, but as it took hours most of the time (but not all the time, sometimes it was under an hour), it ment I didn't get the work done that I needed to do quickly at all, which also made it impossible for my civs to go into the city and play as something was always causing issues.

Lastly, the patreon you needed to pay to get certain options in your city, didn't work on this site's servers at all. Which ment that I couldn't use alot of the items in fivem, including all police uniforms, alot of female hair, alot of female clothing etc, which is needed in a role play city

I'm sure that more advanced users would probably be able to navigate around its confusing layout, but for a complete noob like myself, it was just far too complicated and not set out clearly step by step in the faqs pages.
In saying what a noob I am, and how difficult it was to navigate around, and how uninformative the faqs info was, I have no difficulty in navigating around, or understanding the faq information in 2 other server providers that I also used at the same time, and continue to use now.

To be fair, it's possible some things have been improved upon since i rented a server from them (8 to 10 months ago)

I have received an unbelievably great service from Aidan on the Gamehost Network team - he offers great support, and always seems to be available to fix any issues you may have.

As far as the servers themselves go - I haven't had any issues with mine, when using OTHER networks to host my servers I always seemed to have a relative amount of lag, however with gamehost I haven't had any lag. I've been with gamehost.network for just over 4 months now.

I've got multiple servers with them, the control panel is really simple and easy to use, all of my servers are in one place and are easily accessible.

Had an issue where my server wasnt using enough ram. Messaged support, and within the hour got a response, and then soon after got a resolution. Cant complain for the price and at the time of writing this, the service being less than a year old!

All i can say is the support team are great at there job fix any problems very fast. very easy to configure your server it doesn't confuse you when you look at it. I defiantly recommend them

Probably one of the most easy and best experiences I have had with a game provider. Support was nice and easy and the server runs smoother than anything I have had in the past

Excellent service from game host network. The server I have is very reliable and we have had no issues. The support is excellent as well with responses same day. Highly recommended game host network.

Host a csgo server with them. they were quite helpful when I was struggling to get source mod working 5/5
