They were selling atomic heart for a good price, but I never got my steam key because apparently it was a price mistake. This was the only decent deal they had this year

Like several other reviewers, my last experience with Gamers Gate was bad. They refunded a game I bought with no explanation. Evidently they had listed it cheaper than intended, and instead of being mature and fulfilling their obligation to deliver the game, they, like children, refused to send it. The refund is expected in ten days, according to the website. What a terrible retailer.

Order went to manual review after 7 hours game got refunded. Why? Because the game key I was trying to buy was put at a lower price then intended by mistake and instead of getting the game I got nothing, checked the game price after refunding and it was listed without any discount.

Found a good deal on a game. Bought it and was stuck at processing for hours.

So, sent a support email with the hope of someone help me through it to get the key eventually and didn't asked for a refund at all since I just want the game.

But got refunded with no explanation whatsoever. Contacted support again to seek answers in case of miscommunication, now ghosted.

Great business practice here!!!

Perfect nice

One of the few third party steam game retailers that support region pricing. Would rate it 5 stars if they accepted Paypal but they don't for my region which is odd since even retailers that don't support regional pricing accept Paypal...

CAPTCHA is over used during login process and fails 9/10 times, making me want to use this site less and less. I really ONLY use this site to buy anything if it's super good deal, otherwise i'll pass it. Remove the annoying CAPTCHA and i'd give this site higher rating.

I had an issue with a region-locked Steam key for Resident Evil Requiem that couldn't be activated in Japan. After some back-and-forth with support, Liam patiently explained the policy but still took the time to discuss my case internally with his superior.
To my surprise and gratitude, they decided to make an exception and fully refunded me even though the key had been revealed — something that's normally not possible according to their policy.
The communication was always fast, polite, and professional. Liam went above and beyond to help resolve the problem, and the refund arrived quickly (within a few days).
This turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Highly recommend GamersGate for their fair and helpful customer service!
