Never shipped product. Took my money. Ignored emails.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Never shipped product. Took my money. Ignored emails.
Pre-ordered a board game online, game was released and I never received it, I inquired about it and was ignored until I demanded a refund, they then sent an (obviously templated) email promising a refund, but after months and dozens of unanswered emails I never received it. Their "support" phone line is never answered, so no luck there either.
After googling them I discovered this is not uncommon at all with them, they regularly scam people through their online store, never shipping products and promising (but never delivering) refunds, often forcing people to challenge transactions through their bank to get their money back. There are dozens of cases like mine on Games Paradise's Google reviews page alone.
It's incredible they are still operating considering their ongoing openly illegal activity.
I ordered 4 items in February, website stock levels indicated: Availability: In stock, for all items.
1 item was not actually in stock. I was sent the other 3 items after querying about my order stuck in processing, those items arrived in great condition after a week.
I have waited >2 months for the last item to be back-filled and delivered, I was told the item would be dispatched last week after calling, yet still no item nor email notifying of item pickup by a courier company.
Customer support phone lines close at 2PM. There's little communication without chasing the order status, nor regard/transparency to the buyer. I'm not expecting much other than clear, up-to-date communication and to receive the items I've paid for in a timely manner.
