Item Defective.
I bought it on 13/07/2026.
I gave the list of games of my choose and also ask for the video for condition of console but he denied and also he didn't install games of my choice and between he is really replying late and kind of ignoring my messages after that I did research about GSH and I found really bad reviews not just about GSH service but also regarding the rude and aggressive behavior of the owner so I asked the owner of GSH that please cancel my order and refund my money as till then my order is not dispatched so the courier charges should not be applied but the owner didn't refund my money and at last I just want to say that the owner of GSH is really unprofessional. (I have all the proofs of WhatsApp chat and call recording.)

The owner of GSH is very manipulative and didn't refund my money

I paid the advance 500 rupees for PS3 fat price which is of 10K but then the owner called me on WhatsApp and manipulate me to buy PS3 slim which is of 12.5K then I agreed and pushed my budget from 10K to 12.5K and I gave the list of games of my choose and also ask for the video for condition of console but he denied and also he didn't install games of my choice and between he is really replying late and kind of ignoring my messages after that I did research about GSH and I found really bad reviews not just about GSH service but also regarding the rude and aggressive behavior of the owner so I asked the owner of GSH that please cancel my order and refund my money as till then my order is not dispatched so the courier charges should not be applied but the owner didn't refund my money and at last I just want to say that the owner of GSH is really unprofessional.
