Blaser skeet vest, less than a year of use, twice a month clay shoot, the shoulder pad is worn and torn! Have emailed GB outfitters several times ( I receive a confirmation email) No Reply! and none of the telephone numbers seem to work.

Ordered shooting vest in January 2025,
2 months later. No delivery.
Just found out they have gone into voluntary liquidation 27th February 2025

Sent part of my order after 2 months.
I immediately requested to return the order and asked for a refund on the unsent part.

No response through any means of contact.

Awful experience with this shower of crooks.
After 4 months of nothing been delivered I had to inform my bank and the Police of this Scam.
Trying to retrieve my money back and the Police have told me that there is no one at the business property .

Do not buy from this company.

Company seems to be in trouble . Have made a transaction in the past without any problems , but last purchase (October 2024) was not honoured . Months of sending e'mails and trying to phone resulted in only being fobbed off . Received refund from Paypal in February 2025.

Placed order for clothing over £300 it was never delivered, no response to multiple emails after payment taken, nom refund, so bank informed and GB outfitters response to them was that the order was delivered, lies. Unfortunately a friend had had a similar experience but only found this out after the fact. Do not use this company.

Order not turned up after two months. Last email reply was generated by AI. Tried to go onto their website and it has gone. Presume they have gone bust. had to go to my credit card company to get a refund. Thoroughly irritating and a waste of time

i ordered a set of blazer shooting sticks from this company on the 8/12/24 . i have still not received them. it seems to be impossible to get an answer from them as to when i can expect them. terrible customer service.

DO NOT USE this company. I foolishly placed two orders with them towards the end of last year. one item still hasn't arrived (over 8 weeks). Two items sent back for exchange of size - no replacement sent. One item sent back for a refund - no refund sent. The only item that arrived and was ok was a pair of socks which has effectively cost me £135. Multiple emails sent with no read receipt or response. Multiple phone calls made but phone just rings. Take a look on Google Maps - Faraday house NE38 7LW. Wish I had checked before parting with cash.

Ordered a pair of trousers, money taken straight away on the 10 January 25. Trousers still not received by the 31 January. Have tried ringing and sent emails only to receive an automated replay, a sob story about being unstaffed due to illness. The company does have a Companies House registration number so put your complaints to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. Contact your bank and report as a scam and request they organise the return of your money.

Ordered items in September. never arrived. In email communication on a regular basis, constantly promised delivery, but still waiting. Asked for refund, no response. Seems a common issue- there is no excuse for this lack of customer service. I have been civil and understanding for 5 months. My patience has run out.
