Poor Customer Service and No EMI Cancellation

I had a very disappointing experience with GemsMantra. I returned/refused the product, but the company has not responded to my refund request or confirmed the return. Because of this, my Snapmint EMI is still active, even though I do not have the product.
I have contacted customer support multiple times but have not received a proper resolution. Customers should not have to keep paying EMIs for a product that has already been returned.
I request GemsMantra to process my refund, coordinate with Snapmint, and ensure the EMI is cancelled immediately. I hope the company improves its customer service and resolves customer complaints more quickly.

They are froude with in dhan yog bracelet the take money and give duplicate product and take extra money please don't by anything from gemsmatra i check with three labs also

I placed an order on 4th June. Upon lot of follow ups they shared. Video of the product 1 week back. After that I am continuously asking for tracking details of the product if it is shipped. They are ignoring my WhatsApp messages and calls. Very upset with the ignorant behaviour. I paid 35k for the order to be delivered to UK.

I ordered a pukhraj ,i live in usa .The delivery was fast .ANKIT RAI assisted me with the purchase .He was so informative and hospitable .Due to time difference i would often communicate with him in unofficial timings .But he was patient and kind enough to respond me at any times . The stone came with its certificate .They also send me a turquoise bracelet as a gift .Thank you so much to all.All the best to the entire team.Extremely recommended .

Very bad experience with in return policy I have raised request regarding exchange or refund but they can't reply mail or no body will pick up phone.My bracelet is still is in unboxing condition.Return policy does not work.

I ordered a coral gemstone which was red in color and now it is turning white. They have clearly provided fake gemstone and their support team doesn’t even have decency to address the issue.

Whenever i ll call customer care, they say they ll dispatch in 3 working days, Many 3 working days have passed but they havent dispatched yet and not updated me anything but they keep on saying radhe radhe...Please value radhe radhe in customer satisfaction..

They don’t sell natural citrine stones. They sell color enhanced or fake one. Even t he certificate will say just citrine. When u called the Gemstrue who certify for them told me it’s colour enhanced. They don’t refund or exchange they argue it’s original. Don’t buy from here even the AI apps like Gemini and ChatGPT said the one they sent me is not citrine

I am looking for authentic rudraksh bracelets. Looked at the website and it has bracelets labelled "kids". So I reached out asking if they have adults bracelets, the size since I have a small wrist and a few other questions. No response for 2 weeks!! then I reached out to the instagram handle - numerous follows up, I was finally told they are out of adult bracelets. Such an easy response but took numerous follow ups. Terrible customer service.

Horrible, I have spent almost 4832 rupees on products and then sent it back, after this they have made me run around since April to get the money back. Now, no product, No refund. Shameless service from gemsmantra and astro Arun cheating good customers like this, I have sent over 20+ mails and 50 calls atleast, have shown so much of proof and made so much of attempt to get the refund, that I don’t think I will ever get at this point. Do not buy from Astro Arun if you ever want a refund.

I first saw Arun Panditji in Ranveer Allahabadias podcast and really inspired the way he explains the astrology in a very simple manner. Similarly his team is also very simple and helpful, I always interacted with Preeti Kashyap mam , she been very supportive and always a quick responders. I have purchased 7 kundali 4 rings and had asked her n number of questions and she also makes me understand and believe astrology and its truth. I am so satisfied and grateful to their service. I have recommended the Premium personalised kundali to my family members too and they also have purchased directly and given me satisfactory response.

The way Panditji is providing the service online is very easy and with full of support and explanation.

1star is also more for them if it was in negative i would have given in negative very poor service I order from so many days but they keep delayed the when I call them they say (kal tak delivery ho jayega and unka kal kabhi nhi ata ) and they email that customer refused to take the order and no one came for order so how can I refused whenever I call them say technical issue hai 😡 very bad experience they are not worth for one star also .....
