Working with GE National is always a pleasure. I have under taken 3 previous projects with then and they are consistent in approach and work to high standards. The specification and explanation of the deliverables was well communicated and achieved within the expected timescale. I am very happy with the outcomes delivered on this project.

What a great experience using GE National for our solar and battery install.

They came as a recommendation from a neighbour and I knew I was in good hands from the survey stage right through to installation.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, clearly very experienced in the world of solar.

I knew very little about this field but John and Dave were very patient explaining the whole process. At no stage were they pushy or trying to upsell - just gave honest advice.

The installation days happened very quickly, and now just a month after moving in to our new home, we are fully up and running and visually the installation looks very smart.
They continue to provide great support, I know that any queries about anything will be dealt with promptly.

On top of the above, they are a really friendly team - the whole process was a real pleasure from start to finish - I will also be using them for the next job, an Air Source Heat Pump.

I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to go down this route for their home.

I can't praise GE national enough. The whole process was painless fitting 12 panels inverter and battery.
The quote was very competitive and, after asking me a few questions, they designed the perfect system for my needs.
My installation was almost 3 years ago and I expect to have saved the cost of the installation in another 3 years.
Everyone at GE National were friendly and John has been at the end of the phone whenever I have a question. I wish them every success in the future and thanks again.

The sales person was honest and informative with no pressure sales. The installation was done in a timely manner and very neat. Not used any after care but the team at GE National have reached out from time to time to check.

Initially I was happy with the install until people started pointing problems such as exposed copper on the wiring, two rcbo's of the wrong type and rating on the feed, RCBO in a plastic junction box by the main meter etc.

I've had numerous issues with the setup tripping out and I've attempted to contact Dave at GE National for the past three months. He popped round to look (for a couple of minutes) then said he'd be back in a week or two. This was over a month ago and they are now ignoring phone calls and messages.

As another review stated they are happy and chatty whilst they are taking your money but if you have any issues down the line it all goes to nothing. I posted a few reviews elsewhere with pictures of the work.

Terrible customer service. If there's anything wrong with the solar installation it's impossible to get them back to fix it. Been waiting 4 months now for them to sort out a faulty battery that went wrong just over 2.5 years after purchase. They offered to visit for an extortionate fee just to tell me what I already know, not even to replace the battery. They didn't even seem to know what battery I had even after telling them multiple times, and sending pictures.

I cannot fault this company, their presales not at all pushy and answered all questions this solar newbie threw at them. They arrived on time and it was just a well oiled machine. By 11:15 we were running the household power via the batteries and by 15:00 hours we were up and running drawing our power from the sun. So many thanks to David and his team and to Gill in the office.
