Am a business case development specialist, a venture builder and consultant. Genspark has been good to me and has become my one stop shop for almost everything I need. From fully branded slide decks to professional Docs/Reports, and software system demos, web development etc – all ready to submit to clients / for technical reviews.

I’ve tried a lot of AI products. Most are interesting. Very few become part of how I actually work. This one did. I have utilized Genspark for the past year to evaluate markets, test ideas, organize messy information, build strategic viewpoints, and turn all of that into usable output. Not just notes or generic summaries, but real deliverables I can work from. It’s been useful across research, strategy, analysis, writing, and presentation-level output. I can explore an opportunity, pressure-test the angle, structure the thinking, and get something polished enough to use in a real conversation. That’s rare.

It’s not magic, and like any tool, the quality depends on how you use it. But the upside is real. It gives me leverage. I cover more ground, make decisions faster, and spend less time stitching together fragmented workflows. That’s why I’d rate it five stars. It’s one of the few AI tools I’ve used that feels genuinely useful for founders, operators, and advisors rather than just impressive in a demo.
The downside is cost. Token usage can get out of hand, and an accidentally expensive prompt can burn through them very quickly. I have currently reported a case where my credits are just depleting faster than it is usual and my monthly bill is above the correct subscription I signed for. Hopefully the support team will assist me avoid irregular high-cost charges and stay with Genspark.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Genspark. It’s a real time-saver when building presentation decks, especially once you’ve developed a strong master prompt that can be reused and refined.

The layouts and overall design quality are better than many other tools I’ve tried, with less manual work needed to get to a polished result. I’ve also found the recommendations to be relevant and helpful at the right moments.

Overall, Genspark has made the deck-building process faster and more efficient while maintaining a high standard of design and output quality.

I found Genspark to be a platform that is essentially a hub. I use it for almost everything. Presentations, podcasts, and video creation. Since my business is in the field of computer science, I need AI demonstrations in every field, so Genspark is cost-effective for me, especially since in every subject I have the option to choose the platform on which the project will be carried out. In recent days, I have had a problem with my credits immediately running out in video creation. After I contacted Genspark, Kevin came to me and resolved the issue immediately. Well done, Kevin. So professionally, I am satisfied. In terms of service, I am calm. A pleasant surprise.

What makes it different is speed with substance. It helps me go from question to clarity much faster, and from clarity to execution without bouncing across a dozen tools. That matters when you’re building, advising, and constantly making decisions with incomplete information.

For me for now best Ai combo on the market.
Had a few issues regarding the problems of a.i. not doing what it supposed to do. But the support team fixed fair and square and thats what counts.
You can't have a perfect Ai cause you as a customer are not perfect. We all manage somehow and thats what matters.

It's the most accurate AI I've used, with very little drift or hallucination. It doesn't have memory, but makes up for that with seemingly endless conversations. I haven't hit a limit yet, and I use it alongside another AI that has memory.

It's particularly good at accurately reading large documents, or lots of documents, without losing track of the detail. Customer support is also second to none.

The downside is cost. Token usage can get out of hand, and an accidentally expensive prompt can burn through them very quickly. But for occasional work where accuracy really matters, particularly document-heavy work, it's excellent and one of the few AIs I actually trust for it.

I recently ran into an issue where I accidentally signed up for the Yearly Plus plan instead of the Monthly one — the "Annually · SAVE 20%" toggle on the Manage Your Plan page made it a bit easy to select the wrong billing cycle by mistake.

That said, I have to give credit to the support team: I emailed them explaining the situation, and they processed a full refund within just 2-3 hours. Really fast and smooth resolution, no back-and-forth needed.

One suggestion would be to make the Monthly/Annually toggle a bit clearer so others don't run into the same mix-up, but overall the support experience was excellent and gave me confidence in the product.

I use Genspark for two things: slide decks, and a small webapp I'm building for myself with the AI Developer/Code agent. Slides are fast, one prompt, usable deck, no lost evening in PowerPoint. The webapp side is the bigger deal: I've built and kept iterating on something real without touching the code myself.

It's not flawless. On one project the AI Developer agent got stuck retrying one verification step and burned through several prompts without producing anything usable. Support was decent about it, Nelson actually explained what went wrong instead of giving a canned reply, and filed it as a bug with engineering.

Good experience overall — useful tool, rough edge on this one issue, but the support interaction was straightforward.

I’ve used several competitor sites and none come close to what Genspark can do in terms of video AI. I’ve had to quickly put together a mandatory training program, including videos for my company. I could not have accomplished it without Genspark. When I first started using it, it was mainly my go-to for putting together PowerPoint decks, which it is amazing at. I’m continuing to discover new uses for it as I get familiar with all of its functionality. I highly recommend it.

Genspark is amazing 👏 🤩 - My business has launched and im already getting traffic. My Claw is my agent and im obsessed. I can't run my business without her (my agent). It's like having a super smart developer at my fingertips. "She" even gives me advice on how to save for my business and the best tools that support Claw integrations and automations and the cost. Genspark is my one stop shop for almost everything I need. And they partner well with Claude. I can't wait to see what's next ... or how their model advances forward.

Genspark is a very convenient platform that lets you use multiple AI models in one place. I especially like being able to switch between different AI models depending on the task, and I’ve found it useful for research, creating documents, and many other everyday tasks.

I did run into some confusion regarding the difference in credit pricing between the web and iOS versions. However, when I contacted customer support, they were very kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They handled my concern thoughtfully, which left me with a very positive impression of the company.

I hope Genspark can make its pricing structure even clearer in the future. Overall, it’s a great service for anyone who wants to make the most of multiple AI models, and the excellent customer support is definitely a plus.

Genspark really made my life so easy, I have extensively used their AI Slides feature to build some really stunning PPT's, what I loved about the tool is, not just build the PPT on design front, their AI models understands the context of the PPT and enhances the content and graphics and adds a lot more inputs and ideas on to the output. I will recommend Genspark over Claude any day when compare the output.

Any a have a problem with my AI response including the crédit problem the Genspark are responding with honestly no try to evade. And rewards me my unit each time a make a claim. Really congratulations 🙏🏿

I am new in my role and unbeknown to me our invoice from Genspark was on Autopay directly from my predecessor's credit card, which had been cancelled on her departure. We both missed it and as a result Genspark was not paid. I received a polite notification advising of the payment failure and asking me to update our records so as to ensure our subscription was not suspended. Being new I didn't recognize Genspark as a vendor but it was easy to reach out to their Customer Service team who were absolutely fabulous. They answered all my questions, forwarded the invoices that the payment related to and ensured that I understood where to go in order to rectify the situation. I was very impressed with their customer services and appreciate their patience in assisting me.

Good for chat with multiple agents at once. the same with multiple image generation platforms - with low or even free cost, though sometimes chat would block me as it seemed i used it the chat too much - even though i was on paid plan of 25 usd.

I tried a website creation - with claude - spent half of monthly credits - though site was already started and i finished with another free AI as i was afraid all my credit would be gone.

In a situation i contacted support - help was fast, though at first not satisfactory- in the end they solved it great.
