GES staff stuck our graphics too high on the shell scheme, so we could not have lights fitted above, then we discovered that the power point was not working so we had lots of issues trying to charge laptops, phones etc. We asked for help, but no one came, then after the show they denied that the electrics wern't working and gave a miserly refund for the lights. Discgraceful.
I hate GES. I hate that we are forced to use them by some venues/event organizers. They make getting in touch so difficult, likely due to the number of complaints they get. We went to one recently and had 2 failed collections, a damaged shipment, additional charges without agreements or authorizations, charges to cards that were used for a specific transaction and not authorized to tradeshow services. Just an awful company to deal with.
Without doubt the worst experience I've ever had trying to work with a company. These guys should be avoided at all costs.
