Is this product a scam or a way to infect your computer and data? Virus software flags it as a "dangerous website"! Here is the latest warning from Avast One: Threat Secured: "We prevented your connection to y2sdwqxf.r.us-west-2xawstract.me because it is a dangerous webpage." Threat category: URL:Blacklist". A vendor we were doing business with sent me a document using this software. I could not open it due to this threat. I notified the company and told them NOT to use this product and shared the Virus software's message/warning. Do NOT use this unless you want to be infected.

Received scam payment request emails with the subject "ProAdvisor Support sent you QuickBooks Subscription Renewal". Immediately blocked the getaccept.com domain and forwarded the email to intuit, for whatever good it will do.

STOP USING TACKY SCAMERS
It Is tasteless, tacky to be so intrusive.. Sseriously, companies like this should be banned by law.. I don't understand in any way that real companies use companies like GetAccept.. they are no better than those shameless companies from India that scam’s make money out of old people.

They don't stipulate in their website or anywhere that the payment is due yearly. 588 EUR to be paid at once and then you're stuck.

We only used two months of the solution and we kindly asked to refunded for the months we won't be using.

They categorically refuse and don't even propose a solution.

I find that outrageous.

We have bought 5 licenses and tried to use this app for contracts and data room. First of all the app is total crap, full of bugs and almost unusable. Clients refuse to login into app and review the documents.

The second thing - They made us pay 1 year in advance by bank wire authorization. When we asked to cancel the subscription - they refused and extended it for another half of the year.

We explained them the problems we face with their app , but they refuse to accommodate any requests and refuse refunds.

Stay away from this app!

This company has been active since 2019 but as soon as they started making profits the have neglected development and optimization of consumer convenience. You program is expensive doesnt work properly because its filled with buggs. The system doesnt organize anything properly and its not even possible to do basic filtering like showing me all contracts by creator and signed date. Support is rarely available

Bad support when we had problems with Integrations that have bugged several times.

Good that they invest in e-signing, but I have tried more user friendly solutions.

I got completely confused when I was going to look at both a demo on get accept and Oneflow, so I ended up getting two demos of get accept because now in retrospect I see that they have marketed themselves as Oneflow... Very unprofessional. Stop saying I'm not in Get Accept in short.

Easy to use and nice layout. I use it everyday and it realy helps med keep track of my offers.

We have been using getaccpet for a pretty good time and can only say that we love it! The software is great and makes it easy for both me and the customers to sign any documents because of the fact that you can use Bank-id which makes it a bit more secure. Another very good thing is the customer service whom always makes sure that we are satisfied and makes sure to help us in any possible way that they can help :)

We recently joined the GetAccept family as a customer. First of all very glad. The user interface is very easy to work with and creating templates is done really quick. We are now able to send out contracts where we show our true professionalism and we see an increase of signed documents. We aren't the easiest customer with a lot of custom questions but GetAccept and 'Harry Bandell' have no issue in providing us with solutions.
Definitely a recommendation to other organisations!

I love the product, we are streamlining our sales process and adding videos to spice up conversion rates.

Ideal for anyone looking for a more tailored solution and a little different from the rest. The company itself and the people are refreshing to deal with. All around great platform and company.

Great platform to use for sending important documents to recipients to read and sign. Easy to use, integrates with other platforms to make inputting information more straight forward and the fact that you can see the whole journey of the documents - see if it has been opened, read etc - is a gamechanger. Highly recommended if you need a system to send documents on. CSM is fantastic too - overall - great experience all round!

Overall a good system, helps you to do things faster and in a smarter way. I recommend it.

GetAccept is an easy to use, no fuss platform for digital sign off on documents. It has lots of integrations baked in which automates workflow. It's quick to learn and user intuitive. I'd highly recommend GetAccept.

GetAccept is incredible. We were looking for an intelligent proposal software that integrates seamlessly with salesforce in-order to streamline our proposal process and GetAccept ticked every box (and more). The set up and on-boarding was amazing and Harry Bandell in particular made the whole process extremely easy. Thanks guys
