Absolutely love NeuroGum! It’s such a convenient way to get a little extra energy and focus throughout the day without having to reach for another cup of coffee. I am totally dissapointed with this product and the difficulty navagating the website to get refunds and cancel the subscription are frustrating at best to nearly impossible! My failed cancellation/refund experiences have caused me to lose ALL TRUST & RESPECT FOR THIS PRODUCT/BRAND & COMPANY! When a company doesn't provide it's customers an easy exit plan and tries to hold on for dear life to every subscriber by wasting hours of our time through a maize of ONLY company centric options & solutions on the website ALL RELATIONSHIPS WILL BE DESTROYED, AS HAVE OCCURRED WITH ME!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I've dealt with their team on a few occasions and, in a nutshell, they simply don't care about their customers. My last experience seemed to be entirely driven by AI bots. The product is fine but the company itself negates any positive potential.
Update: shortly after I posed this, Neuro sent yet another AI bot/automated response to see what they can fix. I actually initially reached up to them with this purpose in mind. Instead of fixing anything, I just receive AI bot responses. LOL. This company is a legitimate joke.

First-class customer service
I had an issue with a pack of gum that I had (prob a total fluke) and I got in touch with their support and they were amazing. What gum company in the world cares as much as they do? Truly an awesome company — first class customer service, and their gum and mints are the best. I've been using as a substitute for adderall (3 years off thank goodness) and the focus + memory gum is the only thing that helps me get the job done.

Shipping is terrible
Shipping is terrible. Ordered 9/04 and still no delivery or tracking info on 9/17. The customer service response is to just keep sending me the same tracking number that leads to a no shipping information available message. So don’t order unless you have at least 3 weeks to wait on it. Ive waited less time for products ordered from china to get here. No excuse for this in a time when most things are delivered within a few days.

I really like the energy mints for hiking. It's so handy to have something that's compact and keeps my energy up. I keep them on me for around town too. They work and taste great (honestly need to remember they have caffeine or id just keep eating them). I'm interested in trying the extra strength ones next for days that I'm really tired.

Sounds like the Energy & Focus mints have earned a permanent spot in your pack! That balance of compact and effective is exactly what we wanted for on the go days, whether that's a trail or just running around town.
Good call remembering the caffeine content, easy to forget when they taste that good. If you're moving up to Extra Strength for those really tired days, just know it's 100mg per piece compared to 40mg in the regular mints, so it's a noticeably stronger lift. Should be a great fit for when you need it most.

Great energy drink alternative! I’ve been using this for nearly 3 months on an as-needed basis (about 2 to 3 a day). It gives me excellent energy and sharp focus, sometimes even exceeding my expectations. It's helping me completely replace energy drinks.

Taste was STRONG, not good!
I got Neuro to try it out but I was extremely disappointed. The peppermint taste is so strong that I can't chew it for more than 2-3 minutes without wanting to spit it out. I purchased a 90 pack after hearing a lot of great reviews but Peppermint is really not hitting for me and is not what I expected. I really want to try or exchange to Spearmint.

Nothing more than overpriced gum
Tastes good like regular spearmint gum. Did not notice more focus or energy than any other gum purchased at the grocery story. Nice gimmick!

Cardiologist and Nephrologist banned the use of this product for my husband!
I notified Neurogum of the fact that my husband was advised by his cardiologist and his nephrologist NOT to use Neurogum. The caffeine and B12 are way too high to be healthy. They would not accept returns even though the packages weren’t opened and in fact one package was sent after I notified them.
Be very careful with this product and don’t use more than one piece of gum ( or mint) per day. I’d donate them to others but don’t want to put anyone else’s life at risk!

Love it. Not a fan of the taste of the wintergreen but it’s bearable. I wanted to experiment a little as a first timer, so I purposely waited until I’ve worked a long shift, went home, ate one of each of the three flavors (wintergreen, peppermint & spearmint) and within an hour I felt a boost of energy. I wasn’t so tired prior to trying. Can’t wait to try it throughout the day and the other products. Great product. Love it.

Wintergreen is actually one of our personal favorites here, but if you're looking for something more subtle, peppermint and spearmint tend to have a lighter flavor profile.
