This product is a scam. Money back Guarantee is worthless. I ordered 3 bottles and they bumped my order with another 20 bottles and wouldn't take them back. I gave it 45 days and didn't notice any results. I emailed support and they said to keep using it, that some people take longer. I went 90 days with no results and they told me it ouside the guarantee period. So I'm stuck with it. I have now gone 6 months with no results. I will continue using it until I run out, but I will post everywhere I can that this is just another SCAM!

Did not improve my vision at all, after one month of regular, continuous use. When I told the representative that I understand that results may be slow, I've been on over a dozen successful vitamin supplements for half of my life for various issues, she still made me feel like the product's ineffectiveness was my fault to push more sales. Their website claims "no questions asked, 100% money back guarantee on new and used bottles", all of which was proven false in my experience. She asked about 10 different questions and repeated multiple. After a half hour on hold trying to get approval for my refund for some reason, she tried telling me that she could only offer 20% of what I paid. Then she claimed the best offer was 50%, then came back after another 15 minutes on hold offering my money back for unopened bottles only. I hope I can warn other people that this site is a scam.

I bought the twelve bottle deal for a whole years worth of pills. I am almost through the third bottle and have not seen any improvement at all and contacted support by phone because the e-mail lead to an ad for purchasing more. Katherine promptly stated I was beyond the 60 day trial and that some people don't get any results that soon. Therefore she said I should just keep taking the pills and would not help me return the 9 bottles that are unopened. I suggested the company should be put out of business for not standing behind their product. My experience says they are a sales and marketing scheme not an eye supplement product. After taking Retina Clear for 1 month I noticed my vision was clearer. However, I received a letter from a Jim Cooper at the company, that said I should take 1 pill but TWICE per day. That was contrary to the website which stated one pill per day. Of course that means I have to increase the dosage and purchase more, which I did. However after 2 weeks I noticed my right eye very dry and I had to stop taking it. I spoke to a gentleman at the company named John S. who apparently did not believe that I received a letter telling me to take it twice per day. He said I needed to take the pill according to the website and would not give me a refund. Yes this company scammed me by sending me that letter so I could order more, then refusing me a refund because it was beyond the 60 day refund policy.

Did not result in claims, except for fewer floaters.

I was so disappointed i let this John fellow with the wife of 50 years and his por me sad story reel me in to watch (waste and hour watching his b.s.) this video. When I seen he had lied and it wasn't a ritual red root anybody could perform in a few seconds before bed. I no longer trusted he testimony. Like usual if it sounds to good to be true, it's not.

It was like I wasn’t taking anything at all. It was a complete waste of my money. When I contacted their customer service department for a refund of my money, according to the product warranty, I was 2 days late in contacting them. therefore they refused my refund. I stumbled across your video in an online subscription that I have. You started off-line by saying the video was three minutes and 40 seconds long. It has been way past 15 minutes and still going. It is full of dramatic reenactment and so on that already has me turned off. If someone starts off lying to me, then I really don’t trust anything else they have to say. I did not buy your product, but looked at your reviews on trust Pilot. They are bad with no discernible improvement in people‘s eyesight with your product. You start off making someone think that they will be able to get Koch something in their kitchen. All the pictures seem to indicate that. It is not true, however, and it is just a ploy to play on people‘s emotions and have them by your product. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I have regular eye checkups because of my diabetes. I was told there had been no discernible difference from my last examination. This confirmed what I already was thinking. This product is a total fraud. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! I am on a part pension and cannot to be so shamelessly ripped off. Why is the government of the USA not protecting the people.

I would give it a zero if I could. After I bought it online, I decided to cancel the order which never happened. I tried. I realize that I don’t like the very high pressure advertising at the end trying to get you to buy more and I don’t trust the product for other reasons. I ordered six months supply of this Retina Clear supposed to help me with my Retina occlusion after three months of taking this and also staying on a Mediterranean diet drinking lots of water exercise. There’s no change in my vision. I saw my retinologist and he said this is the same thing you can buy over-the-counter there’s nothing different. I tried to attempt to get a refund and now they tell me what it’s a little late now, they can’t help me don’t buy this product, especially more than one bottle by the time you find out that it doesn’t work or it’s not helping you it’s too late to get a refund.

I ordered a three month supply of retinaclear In September last year, I was told it would take 3 weeks for delivery, I waited and waited after a month I contacted them to say it hadn't arrived, they were very apologetic and would look into it, it still didn't arrive, after 2 months I ask for my money back, to which I was told they'd look into it! By December I was told my ticket had been closed and I could open it at any time, then I was told the money back guarantee was up, I didn't receive anything from retinaclear and they stole my money. I purchased this product in January and didn't receive until February when I started taking product. I called them on 4/10 as I did not get any results wanting to find out about their "Money back Guarantee". The lady I spoke to said too bad I called after 60 days so I could not get refund. Initially spoke to Christine Raganit at Retina Clear and she talked me into ordering 12 months supply on the basis they would give me a 12 month money back guarantee. I have been taking them twice daily but have had no improvement in 4 months. When I asked for my money back they said it is only a 60 guarantee and Christine refuses to acknowledge that she gave me the 12 month guarantee.

I have to have monthly eye injections because of Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion (BRVO) and Retinal Oedema (RO)…
I began to listen to the video, but then decided to save time and go straight to their website… When I read the ingredients, I knew it would not work to get rid of the injections, but I was shocked that I am taking high doses individually of these ingredients advised by my Naturopath, and though they have not cured my BRVO or my RO, my central vision is better than 20/20 WITH MY GLASSES ON…. So I can confirm that these ingredients at high doses would keep your vision sharp, but you would still need your glasses and the injections to maintain your vision I’m afraid…

Fortunately I have done some research after putting an order in for the product, and I used PayPal for payment.
The ingredients used are not medically accepted to have any effect whatsoever on the desired outcome. This to me lit up a big red light so I immediately tried to cancel my order, which was ignored and not answered by them. I had no alternative but to claim back via PayPal which was dealt with efficiently as always.
My advice is do not get sucked in to this product or the company promoting it.
