I love the fact you can customised the designs - I had lots of fun playing with colours before making my choice. I would definitely buy from Glamira again, but will be sure to allow plenty of time if it's a gift or needed for a particular date. Mine arrived slightly later than anticipated at checkout but I was kept informed of progress and can't fault the customer service.

Fast shipping and great packaging design + extra gift
The details regarding our order and shipping were precise and updated. The type of packaging was an extra bonus we received. We ordered two rings separately that were destined to be our wedding rings. The rings were places in an air sealed box so that they won't scratch or be spotted during transport and with them we received an illuminated jewelry box to place both of them at our wedding ceremony.
Such a lovely gift for us.

I am so incredibly disappointed
I am so incredibly disappointed. My ring was gorgeous when I first received it. Not 2 months later, two accent diamonds fell out of their setting. This happened two weeks before my wedding and the company is incredible slow getting back to us about any resolution. If you value quality workmanship and customer service I would think twice about going with this company.
After I left this review the company responded to this review saying that our inquiries were responded to within their service timeframes. My wedding is in two days. I will not have my engagement ring. They took 7 business days to even allow us to post the ring back to them to be fixed. As the diamond came off two weeks before my wedding day, this is incredibly unprofessional and they have provided no additional support through this stressful time. In their response to my review they did not offer any option to call or liaise with anyone who is not a chatbot or ai, who could potentially help with my dissatisfaction.

Customer Service Nightmare
Completed two orders from here. First turned up on time, second was delayed and this is where the issues arise.
Customer service at Glamira is tiring and honestly difficult to deal with. Processes wrapped up in other processes to the point where I've just given up trying with them to resolve my issues.
If you order and have no issues I'm sure you would return (I did!). When issues arise all of a sudden things start to go south - buy at your own risk!

From Engagement Joy to Complete Disappointment - Thanks, GLAMIRA
I bought this ring for my fiancée because I wanted to give her something incredibly special - something that would represent our love and one of the most important moments of our lives.
THREE DAYS.
That is how long it took for the diamond to fall out.
Let that sink in. A ring bought for such an important occasion, supposedly made to be worn and treasured for years, failed after just THREE DAYS.
This is not a minor inconvenience. This is an unacceptable failure of quality and workmanship.
And unfortunately, the nightmare did not end there. GLAMIRA’s customer service made an already terrible situation significantly worse. We were left waiting for responses, dealing with missed deadlines and repeatedly chasing them for updates. There was no urgency, no meaningful reassurance and, most importantly, no feeling that they genuinely understood what this meant to us.
After this experience, I have absolutely no confidence in the quality of their products or the way they treat customers when something goes wrong. If you are thinking about buying from GLAMIRA, my advice is simple: think very carefully before you do.
I would never make this purchase again, and I certainly would not recommend GLAMIRA to anyone.
