SO UPSET with my extensions, quality is horrible and the color is so off.I have a budget to get new extensions every few months and now its all wasted on thee. this is my third time having to go back about extensions with glamseamless and im losing hope... and ive been a cutsomer for 5 years.

I ordered hair and had it overnighted and it says it was delivered but it NEVER was delivered. I called customer service and got no where after leaving my phone number and email. Five days later, I have yet to receive my order that I paid for. I am very unsatisfied.

I discovered Glam about 2 years ago. At that point, I had worn extensions for 10 years. I tried extensions from 3 of the most expensive top rated brands and various salon extensions.

Glam won me over after my first order of tape ins and I've been a loyal customer ever since.

Their extensions are real hair. They're healthy, shiny, and the colors they offer are beautiful. Their tabs are also way better than any other brand I've ever used. They are actually seamless and they hold for a very long time. Ive worn mine for 2.5 months without incident. I realize some people may find their prices high. But unlike many other brands, their extensions can be used for months if cared for property. Ive reused sets 3-4 times which is something I was absolutely not able to do with other brands.

Additionally, their return policy and customer service is off the charts. They make returns easy and their employees go out of their way to ensure you're happy.

Love this brand! They are great extensions and even better customer service. My package was damaged by fedex and I reached out to the company - they sent me a new set of extensions and even a free gift!

Had an issue with my order because I wrote my address improperly. Customer service resolved it as fast as possible.

I have always felt that the quality of the hair is really important because you have less of keep with it and of course it looks better. I started using Great Lakes extensions about 20 years ago and then I moved to Jay-Z hair extensions. When her prices went up significantly, I looked at Bellami hair, and the quality seemed to be the best I could find, so I switched to Bellami I have been using that hair for several years now, but they were bought out by another company, and the quality has absolutely tanked while the price has stayed the same. I started looking for a new company and saw that the Kardashians sometimes use glam seamless hair. I looked on the website and decided I would give them a try. The hair is very soft and is fuller on the and then the recent BELLAMI hair I have received. So far, it has not tangled or cost me any grief. Their customer service is absolutely excellent. They are responsive, and they will allow you to return unopened hair. I am so thankful and appreciative for their customer service because I order my own hair and bring it to the stylist. Then the stylist decides if he wants to use the hair or not. At this point, I can only be the one negative, and I hope they see this as it would be really helpful if they expanded their colors. Oddly, almost all of the blonde rooted hair colors seems to have really dark roots. I only use red hair so that the hair blends better with my own hair after my roots have grown out of it. At this point, this brand will be replacing my Bellami hair.

I have bought my last 4-5 clip in sets from glam seamless and it's true the quality has gone down. My last two sets didn't even last four months. The matting and shedding are horrible. Getting my next set from Bellami.

These are terrible extensions! Beware! I got them in July and by October they were getting very tangled even after trying every expensive product to prevent this. By November my 24” extensions measured less than 20” without cutting it. Very disappointing and would not ever recommend or repurchase. You get what you pay for.

The hair is not really perfect but fine at price range.
It's human hair and a little be different from my former much premium hair wig.

I have never had hair tangle and break like this has. The blonde had snapped off probably 4 inches shorter than my dark.

TERRIBLE hair quality. I have had extensions for 25 years (mostly tape ins using Hair Talk or NBR as of recently). Decided to try these bc they were on sale. Bad decision. It's been about a month and a week in, they became brittle & tangly. If I curled my hair, forget about it, huge knots.
I got in touch with Glam & while they were communicative quickly they offered me ZERO resolution.
Store credit for sale price. I am NOT spending more money on this crap hair. They told me they had the right to not even offer me store credit due to the fact the hair was colored.
I have always dyed my extensions bright red & never had an issue with any other brands.
It is EMBARRASSING having this hair in my head & I spent almost 2k between hair, installation & color. Might as well as have thrown 2k in the toilet. My hair looks like a Brita pad- there is zero way this is human hair. Every time I look at it I want to cry.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

These hair extensions are absolutely awful. I had them installed on 5/11 and today, 5/29 they are already so frizzy, tangled, and with visible split ends that I want them taken out. Straight out of the box they are beautiful, after a couple washes, whatever is put on them to keep them smooth comes off and they feel like straw (the mustache hairs at the top of the wefts are so stiff and itchy). I use top of the line products, don't overwash, brush with extension-safe brushes, and use minimal heat to no avail. I sleep with my hair braided, in a bonnet, and on a silk pillow case. I am devastated that I spent so much on these to not even be able to love them for a month.

Two stars because they have a nice color selection & easy website. These might be good for clip-ins, but not as a semi-permanent option.

Update 6/3/2024: these wefts feel like they have lost AT LEAST a quarter of their density. They twist and tangle within an hour of light activity. Just bad.

Update 6/10/2024: Glam seamless NEVER responded to my PayPal dispute so PayPal decided for them in my favor. I believe that says a lot about Glam’s customer service if they’re not even willing to reach out to the customer. Also, I commented on several “targeted ads” on Facebook about how the hair is garbage & they messaged something generic each time but never offered anything after I told them I took it up with PayPal. So buyer beware.

Wow, I've been using Glam for at least 5 years now & never had an issue. I can usually push the life of my extensions for 1 year or 2 since I take extensively good care of them because they are way too expensive to purchase several times a year. The last hair I purchased 6 months ago (exactly on the mark they say to replace them, no coincidence) they turned into utter horse hair matting in my hair & destroying my natural hair after every wash. When I messaged them they said they changed distributors.
Obviously they're trying to maximize profits by ensuring they ONLY last 6 months, forcing you to repurchase & clearly they went with a much cheaper distributor. I'd rather buy cheap ones from Amazon that last a few months because these are now the exact same quality. So disappointing considering they're $450 to get them to Canada.
