Went to the site and had to ask a question so I called the assist line and the person was friendly and professional. She answered my question immediately advising me on the the process. I went back into the site which was easy to navigate, and very quickly I had my Travel Insurance. Very happy with the whole experience.

Simple and easy to set up
It was very simple to set up, without loads of complicated questions. It was also very competitively priced. Had a policy with them now for 3 years and we have complete peace of mind. I would highly recommend Globelink.

Globelink provided me with a 5 month cover for worldwide cruise trip. For the first time ever, I needed to claim (over £2k) for a medical issue.
The emergency contact team were very helpful and provided daily support.

You only really know how good an insurance company is when you have to claim. This company is the worst - customer for several years. They did everything they could to avoid paying. Now I have to take them to the Spanish authorities. Flight canceled mid holiday - refused to cover the replacement flight. Or any of the costs prior to the cancellation.
